- wheelchair accessibleOne level house with very good access in and out of the house. There is a small step that separating the outdoor in door thats easy to go over. Our private closed garage make it convenient as well. However, we do not have assisting handles in the shower and toilets. Shower would not be easy accessed with wheelchair.

We live on the Gold Coast and we love it. We have decided to turn our house in to a holiday rent cause we enjoy meeting new people. We love sports and nature, we are just at the right spot for all that.
Why Juan and Amit Dovrat chose Broadbeach
Sea & Sun is a lovely old beach house at an unbeatable location. Its the best we could hope for and we feel very lucky to have it, as non left. our house is one of the two single houses with block of land still at the center of Broadbeach. How good it is to be 120 meter from the beach and 150 meter from the first cafe of Broadbeach CBD.
What makes this house unique
The house is an 1980's beach house that we renovated, which makes a bit nostalgic. I love the one level old houses where everything is accessible with out you need to go up and down staircases. Yet, the house is very convenient and with large and generous sitting areas at the back, the front, and by the pool. Our proximity to Broadbeach CBD let us enjoy the local lifestyle with cafes, restaurants, the beach, casino, and convention center all in a very short walking distance from the house.
