Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful, neat, and clean. Absolutely loved the porch with fire pit and grill. Stunning views.

Great cabin, clean and cozy. The owner was great, there for us if we needed anything and explained how to get there beforehand. Will definitely be back!

Great home in great location

We stayed three nights and it’s the perfect location to hit all the great spots from Clayton to Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay at this house again. House is big, but still cozy. Enjoyed a night on back porch with fire pit.

Rented chalet for Thanksgiving with family. Check in was easy. It was pretty, decorated for Christmas and clean. We didn’t have sufficient cookware but host provided quickly. We did find a loose electrical outlet with a live wire exposed which was scary since two small children were in that room. My son-in-law capped off the live wire and we alerted the host. Unfortunately, we have to report, the house was miserably cold. We realize it was cold outside but there was no relief in the cabin except mid day when the sun was shining in the large windows. There are some blinds on windows however they don’t fully cover or insulate. There is a wood burning fireplace and we bought wood but it did not last long nor offer much relief. There is also a small electric heater which helped heat one bedroom. There is an electric blanket on the bed downstairs and if we hadn’t had that, we would’ve left. The host was alerted and said the unit had a winter check a week before and was working properly but it wasn’t. It was unfortunate and we struggled to keep everyone as warm as we could.

Our stay was wonderful! The Cabin was clean and worked great for my family and my Brother and sister-in-law. Peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean and worked just as it should. There was plenty of room for all of us in every way. I would highly recommend it.

Great cabin!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful house. It’s a great location with a lot of privacy, but not far from downtown Franklin. My son and daughter in law just moved to this area and we are looking forward to many more visits and will definitely try to book this house again.

Vacation getaway

This cabin was peaceful and in a great location. We enjoyed hiking and site seeing in the nearby towns of Highlands, Otto and Cashiers. Host was courteous and easy to communicate with.

Easter Weekend

Cabin was really nice with comfy beds in a nice quiet area in a gated community. Since it was a short trip, we didn't cook but most restaurants are within a 20-minute drive we preferred dining in Clayton GA.

Perfect Stay

This house and host are amazing. I've rented houses many times and this was by far my best experience yet. Home is beautiful and well equipped. Absolutely spotless. Will be back to stay again in the fall.

Inspired for relaxation

The place is cozy and welcoming as it appears in the pictures. Very accessible and detail orientated. We did travel with a baby and if we have to be nitpicking, there are few things that can be resolved easily. The doors are extremely squeeky and can be troublesome with a sleeping baby. Even the refrigerator door was super squeeky and the compressor was acting up in a loud manner. Probably wouldnt have noticed without a baby. The only thing that would be hard to address is that the pictures from the deck were taken when the trees were not as tall and had a phenomenal view, which is now blocked by the overgrown vegetation.

Homey Luxury in the mountains

This cabin-chalet is beautifully constructed and very well decorated and has all the extras you could want. Although it is in "neighborhood" and shares a small cul-de-sac with two other homes, once you enter the front door you have a very private feel. My personal favorite was the private balcony off of the upstairs master! Georgeous view and peaceful. Well located for outdoor exploration as well. Lin was a gracious host and easy to communicate with.

The home was amazing. Very nice and quiet. The home had everything you need with great views and amenities. Great communication with the property manager throughout as the gate code had changed and gps didn’t get you there so their guidance was very helpful.

Waterfall Hunting

The property was beautiful, clean with amazing views. We mapped out 16 waterfalls and at the end of the day we relaxed at this beautiful cabin, grilling out food and enjoying wine beside the fire pit with amazing views of the mountains. We hated that we didn't stay longer!!!!

The house was nice and in a great location. We loved the Christmas decorations. It made us feel at home. Our only problem was we had a mouse (mice). I didn’t think our host did enough to help get rid of them. She brought over a couple of traps. They (it) made me so uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I stayed at the property in December 2022 and throughly enjoyed it. The house is well laid out and has some great amenities, including the large jet tub with a view, outdoor porch with gas fire pit and a gas grill, and the indoor fire place. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch! Even though it was just 2 of us, it was extremely spacious and a very quiet neighborhood. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants within 20-25 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! We plan to return again!

Nice place, though a little misguided

Overall, enjoyed our stay. However, two photos in the listing are a tad misleading. The house is pctured as being by itself and very private at the end of a lane. In reality, it is part of a three home subdivision and is very close to two other large homes. Also, the beautiuful distant mountain views are only largely available from one bedroon upstairs.

Convenient, Secluded & Comfortable

A lovely location in a private neighborhood, with easy access to the main level of the chalet. Everything expected for a couple is available on the main floor. Additional bedrooms and bath are on the second level. Being unfamiliar with the streaming service provided, took a while to figure out how to control the TV volume; it's on the edge of the controller. Same goes for the Google Nest thermostats; took time to figure out how to maintain a set temperature. Then, the HVAC system worked very nicely. One more consideration is the size of the vehicle parking space being a bit small. Overall, we were very pleased with the lovely home, location and great amenities. Thank You.

I must say that the cabin was perfect!!!Our host Lin was there to welcome us and make sure we have everything we needed. He was there for us always with a smile and caring attention. He is a wonderful and kind person. Thanks Lin for all you did for us!!! The cabin is very clean, and have everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The views and the peace was what we were looking for. Our 4 legged babies enjoyed the vacations. Definitely we will return.
