Great Place To Connect

We met friends in St. Louis for a weeklong vacation and loved our stay. The layout made it easy for our two families to connect and relax. The house had a large kitchen and plenty of space while still feeling cozy. It’s close to a beautiful park that was great for running, kids, and coffee walks. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and it was a convenient spot for sightseeing downtown. We would definitely book again!

Great property!

Loved the property! Unfortunately, the upstairs air conditioning went out the second night of our stay, keeping the temperature between 81-85. The management was great and sent someone out the next morning, but unfortunately they poorly installed air conditioners that were too small to properly cool the rooms. Again, the management was great and I’m sure they’ll fix this problem. We would stay here again, just maybe not during such a heat wave!

Lovely and spacious

This beautiful house was clean, spacious and ideally suited for our family of 3 generations. No fights over the king bed….. each bedroom featured one! Good communication with owner.

Inaccessible Rear Entrance & Blinds Please

The house was spacious and in an excellent location. Very disappointed that the day of check-in, we were told of damage to the back deck from a “recent” storm. The deck is not safe at all to use so we weren’t able to utilize the garage. After going back and reading prior reviews, the damage seems to have happened back in May at the very least. I recommended to the property manager to update the listing until the deck is repaired but have not seen any changes. You have to acknowledge all their rules prior to being accepted so they should at least provide potential renters with this info before confirming to be fair. Another recommendation for the property would be to install blinds in the bathrooms - we were uncomfortable that the bathrooms didn’t have blinds.

Great location... Garage and porch inaccessible

We booked this for the week of Thanksgiving. The house was great and very clean. My one disappointment was that the day before they told us a storm had damaged the back deck. Based on other reviews that clearly happened back in May. If you are wanting deck and/or garage access, lol weekend

Great place to stay

Our family took a trip to St. Louis and was able to stay here for the weekend. Very spacious home and the host was really responsive which made everything very easy. Will definitely be booking here next time we are in town!

Great roomy home!!

This is our second time we have stayed in this home. Very clean and updated. Would not feel safe on the deck but the weather was not cooperating anyway. A large tree branch fell on the deck and it looks pretty caddywampus at the moment, so we parked on the street. Great restaurant kiddy corner from the house.

Wedding Week

The house was STUNNING!! We had a great stay at this house in a great location. My family of 5 stayed in this house and we booked the house for my wedding week to ensure everything was ready for the week. The house had a lot of parking and plenty of space for us to spread out and ensure we had everything for the wedding. Josh was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything for the week. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable (my favorite part of the balcony in the front room was very peaceful). My husband and his groomsmen got ready at the house, and it was great for pictures. It was also very close to SLU and all of our wedding locations. If we are back in STL, I would love to come back and stay in this home; it was truly remarkable! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! :)

Wedding weekend

The place was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Great location and communication with host except for not informing us until the day before our arrival that the backyard deck was in ill repair and unsafe to use.

Great place with plenty of room to spread out

Great stay at a centrally located spot between areas we were wanting to visit. Neighborhood was friendly. Great BBQ across the street. Street parking was very convenient, but a garage was available if we wanted. Would definitely rebook / recommend to others. The dining room was a great place to play board games at night. Kitchen was roomy so we could all be in there without feeling crowded. Crib in one of the bedrooms was perfect for the 18-month old we had in the group (traveled with our baby monitor). On Saturday there was a great farmers market in the park a few blocks away. Park also had a fun 'Dancing Waters' feature that we enjoyed playing in with the little one. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Fantastic location and house. Cute, safe neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and park in walking distance. The door keypad didn't work properly so we spent a long time texting and on the phone with the management company to get in. We ended up needing to use the real keys from the lock box but that was a process to find the code for. Not at all their fault, but a tree had fallen on the back deck during a recent storm so the back was no usable which was a bummer.

Disappointment

While property was clean, in a good location, and the owner was very accessible, this was not an overall good experience for our family. We were notified of significant damage to the back deck just before check in (despite it happening a few days prior) which made it unusable and essentially shut down use of the "2 car" garage which is really for 1 car. We picked the house because of its bedroom on the first floor (due to elderly parents), but listing wasn't clear that the two main baths were both upstairs which they couldn't get to with the steep stairs to the 2nd floor. Also front door code didn't work some of the time which was a disruption. Overall, disappointed with the stay.

Great house for a big group!

We had a great time at our stay. The space was just as pictured, the trundle beds were comfortable (as were all the beds), and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a big breakfast all together! We liked that the space had a good gathering room and a big table to eat at. Also the management company was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this house for a group stay!

Perfect family home!

We met our children here and stayed the weekend. Such a lovely home. All the comforts of home including a baby bed and high chair for the grandchildren. We had a wonderful visit. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful with all the fall colors. Will definitely have to stay here again!
