Garage studio in a newly renovated house within walking distance of OUHSC Medical Complex. Includes a private entrance, full kitchen, WiFi, and in-unit laundry. About a mile from downtown/Bricktown and many popular restaurants, bars, and shopping centers.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
We understand that guests value privacy and safety.
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you.
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
Includes a private entrance. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. In-unit Laundry. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.
After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it.

- No weapons on property

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.
