Absolute Beachfront, Absolutely Perfect

Totally loved our stay. House is beautiful and location is perfect with the beautiful beach in your back yard. House has everything you’d need for fun holiday.

Wonderful ocean beach setting

This is a beautiful property with direct ocean views and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the quiet area and room to spread out with two spacious patios up and down stairs. The home is decorated to reflect a beach feel and very well stocked for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Fantastic property - exactly as advertised. Very well equipped, which is very much appreciated and reflects the original values of Stayz and similar companies. A stone's throw from the beach and an easy walk down to the Lake Cathie inlet, which our toddler loved. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and listening to the sounds of the ocean as we fell asleep at night. We would very much recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Anniversary Get Away

The house was very nice and presented just as it appears in the ad. It as very well set up to make it comfortable and it had a rotating pantry stocked with staples for convenient use. The location was brilliant as it backed onto the beach which was great for us and our little dog to explore, run on and enjoy. The aspect was lovely - especially from the top deck where the ocean beach could be viewed. We loved it.

Lovely week watching and listening to a very stormy sea. Long walks, refreshing swims and total relaxation. Everything you could want was in the house for water fun, rainy day fun, evening fun.

Lake Cathie Bliss!

We loved staying at Middle Rock Beach House and will definitely go back. The location is right on the beach and the beach is long and spectacular, perfect for long walks, swimming, boogie boarding and spectacular sun rises. The view was spectacular.The house was well appointed and suited our family well. There are two living areas and a kitchen and kitchenette. The kitchen is large and very functional and there is ample crockery, cutlery and a pantry with staples such as sauce, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt (and more).Bedroom layouts are exactly as described and pictured.ABout 15 minutes to Port Macquarie, and 3 minutes to a large Woolworths, bakery and other convenience stores. Fabulous holiday house, location ,and experience. Thank you.

Great property but not for the modest

Great location. Immaculately maintained property with every little thing thought of. Watch the ocean from the big picture windows at the back. BUT downstairs kitchen and living room are totally open to whoever wanders by, or curious next door neighbors. Big floor-to-ceiling windows that are complete open to the neighborhood. No blinds; no drapes; no curtains, no old newspapers - nothing; nada; zero covers the windows. Don’t plan to go to the loo during the night unless you get dressed or are prepared to show off your body to any curious passers-by. The overall property is outstanding but be prepared to be in a fishbowl especially at night.

Excellent beach front accomodation!

We, five friends of mid fifties😀, was planning to have a break from hard work and was looking for a beachfront Holliday accomodation. We found all the ticks we were looking for in this property. Nice and clean inside, relaxing living areas, few meters walking to the beach, all necessary amenities are very handy and convenient. Our overall staying experience was excellent . Highly recommend.

AT YOUR DOORSTEP: BEACH, LAKE AND SHOPS
This location has it all. Beach, the tidal lake (Lake Cathie), cafe, shops, local tavern and restaurants are all walking distance. Middle Rock beach is right in front of you accessible from the backyard, so you can leave the car at home and even little ones can just walk. Middle Rock surf break is a 5 minutes walk. The lake at the end of the street is perfect for little ones too and a delight for fishing and paddling. Golf courses, wineries and National Park all a 10minute drive. Port Macquarie town is a 15 minute drive. Caramels coffee shop, Woolworths, local bakery, taverns and restaurants 5 min level walk or 1 min by car.
