We have a key box that we will sms to you the 4 digit access code once the cleaner has prepared the property on the morning of your stay. The key code is changed for each stay.

Situated only metre's from the sand dunes & the sea at beautiful Semaphore

Fully functional kitchen, TV, Stereo System, DVD, Cooling & Heating, Off Street Parking, Great views of the beach & sea....

Local transport is near by with the historic town of Semaphore just a few minutes away with many varied restaurants,cafes & boutique shops to suit all tastes...

This property would suit a family of 4 looking for a relaxing retreat with the beach,shops,playground nearby PLUS would also suit a romantic getaway for 2 people or 2 couples looking to have some quality time away from the hustle & bustle of your batteries here...

There is a double bed in one bedroom & 2 singles in the other which are bunk beds.

Everyone who stays here enjoys some relaxing R & R ...

There are approx 11 steps up to the property (as per pictures) from the car park
BUT you able to enter via the south door via 3 steps or via a ramp at the end of the units but can only park in the designated area

The room was clean and comfortable with the windows big enough to see the outside view / close to the beach area and the shopping centre was close to walking distance from the beach and the main road leading to the hotel and l recommend others to come and visit

Fantastic Location!!

My husband and I had a great stay. Location was amazing just a few steps from the beach and lovely walk to the cafe and Jetty. We would happily stay again.

Great location. There are some steps and a 25 minute walk to the Main Street in semaphore. Great facilities, perfect for a short break. Only negative was it wasn’t very clean. Also not enough towels 2 when the booking was for 3 people. Host was a quick personable and responsive person.

Amazing place to stay

What an amazing little gem of a place to have a small trip away from home. The kids loved it and I will definitely be making another booking in the future.

Property doesn’t have a view of the sea except from the entrance. But is only a few metres from the beach. Property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable.

Unit was located in a great spot, cleanliness of the property could have been a little better seeing as i have been a cleaner in the past but overall pretty good.. we enjoyed our stay

Quick stop over in Adelaide

Myself and my family had a quick 2 night stay visiting family in Adelaide the place was ideal for me myself and my 2 children the location was amazing beach veiw and very close to the shops would highly recommend.

Great location, good size, great value, marked a bit lower in cleanliness as there were a few ants around the kitchen area, but easily fixed with fly spray 👌

A great stay for the occasion.

Flew down from Alice Springs. Easy place to get to from airport and cbd. Great place to stay. 30 sec to beach. easy walk to Semaphore and Port Adelaide. Great host. Will stay again if that way. Fantastic. Thankyou.

Cute place

Small unit with all one needs. Partial sea views from main door and bedroom. It’s on the corner of two main roads so can be a bit noisy on weekends when people are going to beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Location and the uncomplicated check in and key lock box was great. However i didnt feel the place was cleaned prooerly before our stay.

Great location

Great location, could be cleaner. Kids room has very thin wall, can hear everything and see lights. But all in all good.

Not sure what the smell was there was nothing the day before & nothing the day after when I visited although another owner said they had an issue with a drains blockage? We had a new cleaner for this stay & I went to view the day after when empty . There was a small piece of a broken plate under the edge of the fridge 2 brown marks in the bathroom sink which where done by a previous tenant by stubbing out a cigarette & a brown dye stain on the washing machine again done by a previous tenant when doing their washing ....neither of which I can remove & had no other issues from anyone else
