K&M Beach House your getaway

Located in quiet court approximately 1km to town and beach front.

This property gives you the privacy to enjoy your holiday or weekend away. Three bedrooms sunny bathroom, open plan living and great back yard for a summer BBQ.

The house sleeps up to 6 adults in 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. all linen is provided.

Open plan kitchen and dining, lounge area with oven, microwave and dishwasher.

A 15 minute stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, with Bellarine wineries just a short drive and Portarlington Golf Course who also provide a free shuttle door to door.

Large outdoor area for entertaining and just relaxing in the sun.

Large TV, DVD air conditioner for the summer and gas heater ensure you are comfortable in all conditions.

The stay was everything advertised plus more. Great get away and way to slow down and watch kid go by. The little holiday shack was beautifully presented, warm and cozy. We could not recommend the place highly enough as it was truely beautiful.

Lovely coastal getaway

Was such a well kept, cosy home with all the things we needed for our short stay. The hospitality and communication was very much appreciated, the location was wonderful, and we could not recommend this stay more.
