Great location! However, #2 was difficult to find in the dark for check-in! Needs a little TLC on cleanliness and a few minor repairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was a great value for the dollar for the Scottsdale area!! We would stay there again.

While advertised with its lovely landscaping, you only have to pass through the gate 25 feet to see it is not maintained well. Just because you don't mind stairs means nothing...the steps are higher than standard. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, even though the sheets won't stay on. The biggest problem is the "shared hot water heater". I'm not sure if it's shared with one other unit or all 3 others...but if you aren't up early, forget it. (And NO, running the water a long time does not resolve the problem. We were there over a weekend, so residents (or guests if there are other rental units) are doing laundry and other household cleaning...One day I tried the shower at 9:00, Noon and 2:00...finally heated some water in a pan and did a "spit bath". One of the nights we were there, the shower was hot enough I took a shower before bed...BUT unless you're the early bird, I'd say you can forget it.The TV is nice, but good luck working it...the remote to the TV itself is gone so the only way I could figure to turn it on was to get a flashlight and find the ON/Off switch in the back...I was then able to sign into my NETFLIX...never figured out how to upload other viewing apps.There's a nice little patio off the kitchen with a BBQ, but the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, so it wasn't very usable.

Spring Break Oasis

This is a very nice place for a getaway. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Pics are accurate. Street parking is adequate, although many Scottsdale destinations are within walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

Super Cute Place

This place had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast. and has a little patio. Jindy is very nice and responsive. Walking downtown along the canal is only about 10 minutes. We felt the bed was too small for the two of us and not very comfortable; an option is a trundle bed in the living room which was okay for 1 person. There are 15 steps up to the apartment; not a problem for us. Overall, great location and we enjoyed our stay!

Comfort and convenience

After an exciting check in we found a well equipped apartment with eclectic art work, a full range of appliances and equipment. Comfortable bed, elegant dining table and cosy living room. The apartment is within convenient walking distance to Old Scottsdale, and is well connected to the highway system. The nearby canal provided us with an excellent walking opportunity.
