Airy comfortable 3 bedroom house on 1 acre of land, peaceful quiet bird haven, with views of fields, hills and forests.

Living room, dining/ kitchen, and a small sitting area opening on to a deck with views of fields and coastal reserve.
Polished floor boards in living areas.
3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds, 1 with 2 single beds, all with picture windows on to the garden.
Furnished with simple but thoughtful care by architect owners.
Superbly oriented to watch sunrise, sunset on the deck, and sun all day .


Fully equipped kitchen.
Slow combustion stove for a cool evening fire.

8 minutes walk down the lane and the only pedestrian entry to Wilson's Prom, and through national park forest to an endless pristine beach of Shallow Inlet.

See wombats, emu, wallaby and rarely seen swamp deer.

5-6 minute drive to Gate of Wilson's Promontory.

This a traditional homestead, in the country, close to a wonderful beach and perfectly placed to explore Wilson's Prom away from the crowds.The house was very well equipped and the owner very helpful with suggestions.Thoroughly recommend it

Extremely welcoming experience.A friendly Janine welcomed us and showed us around the property and gave us tips about finding the best sunsets nearby. I would love to stay here again and make this an annual tradition.

Lovely cottage. Great communication. The inlet beach nearby is absolutely stunning.The only point for this place would be the cleanliness. It was ok but dusty and smelled when we got there. Also we found an old sandwich in the fridge and the food condiments left were outdated from years The last thing is that we paid extra to have a baby but didn't have a cot or high chair in there. I wasn't sure why a baby would pay extra fees in this case.(Not the owner issue, probably just the booking system).Having rain water is actually amazing as you don't get those chlorine waters that are harsh for the skin. We loved our stay regardless if the little details.

Really enjoyed the homey feeling of staying in John and Jennifer's holiday home. The rooms were warm and comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The location for going in and out of the park was excellent, and the small walk through to the inlet was beautiful. Any questions were quickly answered.

We had an excellent stay at John & Jennifer's property. It is the perfect place for relaxing in between visits to the nearby national park. We loved having the Shallow Inlet trail around the corner - it was actually one of our favourite walks! The local supermarket is well stocked, and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to self cater. We had a couple of small issues pop up but John was readily available and it didn't impact on the overall enjoyment of our stay. Plenty of space for the kids to roam around, and sunny spots to read a book. We hope to come back some day.

Peaceful stay near the Prom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Homely feel with nice personal touches. We enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets on the veranda and walks to the inlet. We had four people stay so it was also good value.
