GUEST ACCESS:

This is a luxurious property for up to 8 guests to share the 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs.

LIVING AREAS:

Enter through the double wooden doors onto the polished timber floors; turn left to the luxurious master suite or step down to the right and walk through to the living areas and timber deck looking out to the glorious mountain views.

BEDROOMS:

Comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Find the master suite located at the front of the home with its own lounge area and big screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom located at the other end of the home off the living area.

Mountain View Retreat is located in the Wongawallan Valley, just 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise in the Gold Coast Hinterland and a short 15 minute drive to Mount Tamborine Gallery Walk.

You will love to explore the beauty of the surrounding rain forests, going for walks on the beach, exploring the food and wine trail, taking the kids to the theme parks or doing little and just love being in this beautiful space...

We do not have the facilities to host weddings, however we are in an ideal location to accommodate your wedding party or guests for your Mt. Tamborine wedding.

We all absolutely loved the Mountain Retreat

It is just so beautiful and calming - which was very much appreciated after 2 weeks of catching up with family and friends which is wonderful but also exhausting. We only wish we were able to stay longer.

Amazing girls weekend away

My friends and I had a magical time at this wonderful property. Close to walks and the views are just stunning. The house is beautifully appointed and met all our needs. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be coming back!

How's the Serenity?

A mantra we said all weekend.Could not have picked a better place to stay for our Girls Weekend Away. The views/the peace and quiet heavenThe property was immaculate and the attention to detail with everything that we required exceeded our expectations. Larissa was amazing as our host/ess, kept up dialogue with us when required. Reluctant to leave such a great review as I would like it to be our little secret to go back to again and again and again.

A heavenly escape

We have had the most amazing experience on our 'Spa Ladies weekend Pamper package '. This stunning home is beautifully designed and takes advantage of the most breathtaking views. The Massage therapist was an amazing lady who pampered us each with an hour of relaxation and deep tissue or relaxing massage according to our individual needs. The facials were so calming and we came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed. The talented chef arrived early the Friday evening and set about cooking us a delicious 3 course meal. It was a fabulous experience being able to watch him work while we sat around the dinner table in excited anticipation. The serene ambience of the home, fantastic views and thoughtful little touches resulted in my girlfriends and I having the most laid back, relaxing and destressing weekend we've had in a long time. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend this home to anyone and in fact have already planned to return next year for the Spa Ladies weekend again.

An absolutely amazing property fit for a relaxing time away!

Such an easy process from start to finish, great communication with Larissa - no request was out of reach. Loved that the heat was on for our arrival. However was a little disappointed that the fire pit was not stacked and ready for us to light (no matches provided) for a weekend away with the girls (no smokers) we weren’t able to use the fire pit to its advantage as we couldn’t get it started. Spa was wonderful and in a perfect location on the property out of the wind :) beds were beautifully clean, comfortable and ‘warm’. 5 stars for this property as it is absolutely stunning and the host was extremely easy to make contact.

A peaceful and relaxing break after a very busy Christmas,

Our holiday at the property at Wongawallan was just what we were after - a beautiful home in a stunning location. We loved the large deck looking out on trees and mountains. Stunning house and location! Lovely owners!

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at the Botanic Gardens. It was the perfect place to get ready and catch up with family. Best Girls Weekend Experience!

8 great Girls, 1 amazing house, close location to the Gold Coast and we couldnt have had a better time. Every girl has messaged me saying we must make this an annual stay. Its just got everything. Comfy beds and pillows, entertainment theatre, outdoor spa, a gorgeous deck with a comfortable couch with views and you just feel like your in the hunter valley rather than 20 mins drive from my home in Gold Coast! The photos dont actually do this home justice. Larissa is easy to deal with and answered any questions quickly and hassle free. Highly recommend this stay for anyone.

I organised a mystery weekend with my family and friends . This venue was absolutely perfect for the nine of us. Plenty of room and quality facilities. The peaceful ambience of the property was awesome. The 2 night stay enabled us to enjoy all the property had to offer. The owners certainly presented first class accomodation. A big thank you. My only problem is I have set the bar very high for next years mystery weekend.
