River Front Walking & bike trails 4 blocks, 1 block from Main Street, 2 blocks to Railroad park, 3 miles from Melvern Lake (boating, fishing, hunting, swimming). 35 minutes to Emporia or Ottawa. 40 minutes to Topeka & heartland Park. 45 minutes to Lawrence. Bedrooms have 1 queen, 1 full, & a pull out sofa sleeper. Washer & dryer, very clean remodeled home

Very nice place to stay. House was clean and ready for check-in. They have everything there needed for you. i.e. 2 different coffee pots along with coffee for either of them. laundry supplies, hair sprays etc if you forgot your own. Thanks

There is no place in the area to spend the night. Families coming in for the holidays, hunters, fishermen, travelers This will help out our community if folks stay in our town & not have to drive 20 - 30 miles to stay some where else. This helps our local businesses
