Fully furnished. First floor.Great views.

5 mins walk from lovely Semaphore Road with jetty, restaurants, cafes, shops, hotels and bars
Short walk to bus and train-Beautiful views of ocean
-Wireless internet
-Bedding configuration - 1 king/1 queen, 1 king/2 singles, or 4 singles
-All linen provided
-Recently renovated
-Walking/running/bike path along esplanade and great park (with barbecues) across road
-Washing machine/dryer
-Reverse cycle air con.
-Wardrobes in both bedrooms
-Off-street, secure parking. Guests have access to the complete unit. It is completely self contained. The stairs in the centre of the complex are well lit, and easily accessible from secure rear car park with electric remote controlled gates and front. Plenty of parking on esplanade out the front of the apartment.
Host can meet guests on arrival. If arriving at odd hours, key will be in lock box by front door. As unit is self contained, I won't contact guests during their stay unless they contact me with a query or problem.
Please ask me if you require a later checkout. It should not be an issue if there is no new booking on the same day of your departure.
It is important that the apartment is kept clean and tidy. Additionally, please be respectful of your neighbours.

Location Location !!!

Value for Price .Cute ,neat and clean 2 bedroom Apartment.could not fault a thing , beds were comfy and the dryer came in handy. Beautiful views of the beach and right near jetty, great park and main street with all the food choices you could ask for. The owner Dominic was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our kids are asking to come back already ...will definitely be returning in the future

Fantastic little Gem

A great little two bedroom unit directly opposite the ocean. It was clean and tidy aswell as having everything we needed PLUS MORE!!! The landlord Dominic was great to deal with. Highly Recommend this place.
