Le gîte est entièrement non fumeur, une terrasse extérieure est à leur disposition. Tout ce qui est cassé ou détérioré doit nous être communiqué afin que nous puissions procéder au changement et à la facturation éventuelle du bien. Le gîte étant situé dans un village avec du voisinage, nous demandons aux locataires de respecter la tranquillité des lieux et habitants.
