Cute family friendly home

This accomodation was lovely, the enclosed backyard was perfect for an energetic toddler, as was the short walk into town/playground and coffee for the mum & aunties!! Everything we needed was provided and in good condition, onlywe would say

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location close to beach, playgrounds and town. Comfortable beds, plenty of room with two lounges and a lovely garden.

Perfect weekend

Overall a smooth check and check out. Property is well maintained. It is located in a very strategic area.. close proximity to cafes and restaurants. It was a fun and relaxing weekend. Thanks Davinia and James.

Dunsborough, great house

This was a wonderful house, and excellent location - very close to the beach and shop. My only suggestion would be to add blockout curtains in the back rooms. Being summer, the sun would wake up the kids and it would be very hot, otherwise it was a great house.

Relaxing get away

Nice simple property with comfortable beds. Overall it was a pleasant stay although the property could do with a deep clean for the sofas and carpets as the owners allow renters to bring pets. The kitchen was adequately supplied but could be improved by providing a strainer for the sink, a pair of scissors and some sharp knives for cutting. The ping pong table was a great entertainment for the kids but if there were more kids equipments then that would be even more welcoming for families with kids.

Last stay was better

I understand the property had very recently undergone some renovations which is great, but we were aware as soon as we arrived as the paint smell was quite strong and we had to open the house up for a bit. What I wasn't expecting was for there to be no washing machine. The host did not make us aware of this prior to booking and after being sure there was one our last stay I checked the website which also confirmed a fully equipped laundry. It would have been fine and I'd never had even bothered to mention it if we were only staying a day or 2, but the longer stay meant I had to hand wash all our clothing 3 out of the 5ish days we stayed as the local laundromat also wasn't open on weekends. The house itself was tidy apart from a few dishes that needed rewashing and all amenities were fine apart from the main shower that leaked water and the aforementioned lack of washing machine. But of a shame really as we booked this property again specifically because we liked it last time, but I don't think we'll be staying again.

Birthday

My husband was celebrating a significant birthday. We came with 2 adult children and their partners. House was everything we could have asked for. Big beds were great, no tiny doubles or fights over rooms! Table tennis in games room was the best thing when the weather turned stormy. Plenty of basics in pantry. Lovely touch on arrival with a bottle of wine awaiting us. We will be back and highly recommend.

Fabulous location and great set up’

We had a wonderful stay. Fabulous dog beach at the end of the street, very close to coffee shops, a secure back yard and lots of amenity. Loved it!

Very tidy house. Great outdoors area for dogs. Comfortable beds. Master bedroom en-suite is very small. Brilliant location...very short walk to beach and town. Would definitely recommend.

Family getaway

Our family had the family holiday we had needed for long time. This home accommodated us very well. Close to all amenities and the beach was awesome for the grand kids to swim. Definitely recommend and will rebook. Property manager was great easy to contact. Thank you

Much needed break

House was centrally located. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to the shops. We especially enjoyed having free wifi that allowed us to watch our favourite tv shows in the evening after taking in the wineries and breweries during the day.

Good house close to the beach

Happy with the house overall, good layout and clean etc. Suited our needs as a small family with grandparents. The only downside was smallish kitchen with not so great oven and terrible dishwasher. Bbq also needs a repair... but overall very good and responsive management if an issue arised. A good place to stay in dunsborough and great location.

Highly recommend

Lovely clean house and more than enough around to keep the kids occupied (not that we spent a lot of time at the house due such nice weather). Would highly recommend to anybody.
