Fantastische Lage

Das einfache, aber auch teilweise stilvoll eingerichtete Haus überzeugt in erster Linie durch die großzügig geschnittenen Zimmer als auch der Lage (500m vom Meer entfernt). Enttäuschend waren die nicht sauberen Töpfe als auch insgesamt die Sauberkeit der Küche. Befremdlich auch der Zugang zum Haus durch die Garage, da die Haustür von außen nicht zu verschließen war. Dennoch hat das Haus einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor für den Urlaub am Meer.

Liebe Asta Vielen Dank für Ihre gute Bewertung von 4/5. In Bezug auf Ihre Kommentare zur Wartung der Küche höre ich sie und es tut mir leid, dass ich Ihre Kriterien nicht erfüllt habe. Ich möchte jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass sich die Küche in einem einwandfreien Zustand befindet und wir darauf achten, sie zwischen jeder Anmietung mit Desinfektionsmitteln zu reinigen. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt und ich kann bescheinigen, dass die Küche tadellos gepflegt ist. Bei der Haustür handelt es sich um ein 3-Punkt-Schloss. Es funktioniert normal, Sie müssen nur wissen, wie man es benutzt. Ich muss nur hinzufügen, dass Sie meine Telefonnummer hatten und dass ich Sie freundlich einladen würde, mich zu kontaktieren, wenn Sie Fragen oder Anmerkungen haben.

Schönes Haus, nah zum Strand, wunderbare Lage

Das Haus liegt fussläufig zum Strand Plage Dorveille in der Region Nevez. Eine kleine Surfschule bietet hier Kurse für Kinder. Hier reiht sich ein schöner Strand an den nächsten, vom Plage Tahiti, Anse Rospico bis zu den langen Sandstränden Richtung Pointe de la Jument. Kinder lieben den Wechsel von feinsandigen Stränden und großen Steinbänken, ideal zum Klettern, Krabben fangen und Austern suchen. Ausflüge zu Pont Aven, Quimper und Concarneau sind alle in 20-40 Minuten Fahrzeit machbar. Der Wanderweg GR34 entlang der Küste, dann entlang der Flussmündung des Aven ist gut zu laufen und lässt die wunderbare Szenerie genießen. Hochwertige Gastronomie ist mit dem Restaurant Ar Men Du quasi um die Ecke. Am Point Trevignon lockt der Hafen am Abend mit Creperien und Eisdiele. Nevez selber bietet einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine sehr ordentliche Bäckerei und ein gutes Fischgeschäft sowie samstags einen guten Markt mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Rund um ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um diese schöne Region zu erkunden. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie mit Kindern braucht. Die Vermieterin Isabelle und ihre Kollegin Valerie kümmern sich bestens. Uns bleibt nur, uns für einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu bedanken. Anmerkung: Das Netz hat hier nicht immer Empfang.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu wunderschönen Stränden. Angenehme und unkomplizierte Übergabe. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Etwas hochwertigere Gartenmöbel (mit Auflagen) würden es perfekt machen. Vielen Dank an Valerie für die Hilfe bei kleinen Problemen und die unkomplizierte Rückübernahme. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei perfektem Wetter.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Umschwung

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen grossen Garten wo sich die Kids austoben können. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Wir haben die Ferien in vollen Zügen genossen und können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einzig das WiFi war tageweise etwas schwach.

Un écrin de bonheur au cœur de la Bretagne

Notre séjour a été d’une qualité exceptionnelle! La maison d’Isabelle est pensée avec le coeur 💓. Tout est pensé afin que les vacanciers se sentent incroyablement bien. Chacun son espace et son intimité. Des espaces de vie commune qui invitent aux échanges de qualité. Tout a été pensé dans cette maison afin qu’elle soit pratique pour un séjour sans aucun accro. Et la déco est des plus agréables! Bravo d’avoir mis autant d’amour dans cette maison de vacances! Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Cadre , confort , tout y est .
