Le Happy Feet Beach Retreat est littéralement à deux pas (moins d’une minute à pied) de la superbe plage et du centre-ville de Dunsborough. Vous y trouverez des cafés, des boutiques, des restaurants, un parc de jeux pour enfants et la célèbre boulangerie Dunsborough. Nous acceptons également les animaux domestiques afin que toute la famille puisse venir.
Cette maison de 4 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est idéale pour 2 ou 3 petites familles ou un groupe d'adultes désirant un chez-soi loin de chez eux. (peut accueillir 12 personnes avec l'utilisation du canapé-lit)

yes agreed, who ever designed spiral stairs back in the day, wasn't really thinking it through te he he. Luckily only 1 bedroom upstairs. Thanks for the review :) Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It presented just as advertised; was very clean with the basics provided in the kitchen and bathrooms to get us through until we could shop. Very handy to shops and eateries. Short walk to beach front. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay. Was easy to get any minor things sorted (Wifi needed to be reset and was done in minutes) and the place was beautiful. Plenty of room, great spaces for different activities. Walking distance to great cafes and shops. Awesome kids park 1 min walk away. Would definitely be coming again in summer one time!

Very nice house with ample beds for large family. Nice and close to town and the beach, so the teens could just walk there whilst the adults could relax.The home was well appointed and well equipped with plenty of cups plates etc. The reason it gets 4/5 stars is unfortunately the bed mattress throughout appeared very old and extremely uncomfortable. Overall still a very nice, relaxing place to stay and visit the south west.

Location is so good, we just stayed there ourselves this weekend and the ease of walking 200 meters into town or equally to the beach is priceless. The property is perfectly situated, within an easy walk to beach, shops and playgrounds. The house has all you need and the large yard is great for kids and pets.

Location was perfect for beach and town, 2min walk either way. The house was spacious and clean. Some repairs required, eg the front path, the lounge blinds, the window screen in the toilet. There is no clothes drier which would be helpful as it rained every day. Spiral staircase very tight and could prove a problem for some guests, not an issue for us. Would happily stay here again. Thank you for your kind review Jacqueline. We have ordered new window treatments for the entire house, which are going to be installed hopefully before Xmas 2025. As for the spiral stair case, I'm not sure who came up with this as a "good idea" back in the day te he he, I think it was a 1980's thing, never to be seen again, agreed they are not easy and need to be noted for those that are less able to get up and down stairs. Both Cam and I own our own business (a children's fitness program) that runs in across Australia, we appreciate the importance of a quality service and good communication.
Cam and our son are mad keen surfers, and love more than anything to head to the beautiful southwest to surf. I own a little quarter horse and love to horse ride and compete. Our daughter is a flyer in a cheerleading team and again we travel for her competitions and events, so as you can read, we are a really busy active family, which leaves us little time to spend in our quaint Dunsborough holiday home (unfortunately)
We do however make sure that this home is set up to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible, just the way we like to find it ourselves!

This is a lovely property in an AMAZING location!!!
No need to get in your car, the beautiful Dunsborough beach is only a few minutes walk away, the town centre is also just a few minutes away with boutique shopping, cafe's, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a park at the end of the street for children to play in and dogs to run around (we are a pet friendly home).
The Happy Feet Beach Retreat is an old style house with all the modern trimmings you need to make your stay a comfortable.
