You will love the clean beach, perfect for the quiet weekend, for time at the beach with the family, visiting the local vineyards, taking a walk along the myriad of local tracks or for exploring the Peninsula. Close to the hot springs. You will have so much at your finger tips.

Ducted heating and Split system aircon in the kitchen / dining room for those hot summer days or the chilly winter nights. Ceiling fans in bedrooms kitchen and lounge. All the kitchen facilities you need to cook up a storm for the family or your friends. BBQ on the back deck if you prefer to enjoy the sunshine whilst knocking up a feast.

Towels and linen are included so you can enjoy your stay with the minimum of fuss.

Washing machine provided if needed during your stay.

Bathroom and separate ensuite inside the house.

Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away.

NO SCHOOLIES GROUPS.
NO FUNCTIONS/PARTIES or excessive noise especially between 10 pm - 8 am.
No more than 6 persons to sleep at the property.

Deductions to the bond will be made if guests elect to ignore this requirement.
