Carbon House @ Rye - Our Hidden Gem

This is our "Hidden Gem", our guests are always pleasantly surprised to what they find when they arrive. Enjoy the serenity with this elevated property located in a leafy position. Carbon House is a homely beach house which has been decorated with quality furnishings and is beautifully appointed with all the mod cons which cater for all the creature comforts that you have left behind. All set in a peaceful and tranquil environment.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 queen bedrooms, main with ensuite, a third bedroom with two single beds and a fourth bedroom with a set of bunk beds and separate living area & TV, ideal for the kids. Separate main bathroom and toilet, open plan new kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a small front facing balcony ideal for a morning coffee and a large rear under cover entertaining/BBQ area leading to the terraced backyard off the living area.

The entertaining area is paved with a 4 burner BBQ and ample room for the little ones to play including a cubby house overlooking the backyard surrounded by lush tea trees, shrubs and landscaped garden in a private leafy setting. The house is surrounded in a sea of pebbles and stepping-stones with room for 2 cars under the carport and plenty of space to un-hitch the boat

Located between the ocean and bay side beaches of Rye and just a few minutes drive to everything but far enough away for a bit of rest and relaxation.
Our home is specifically set up for families and mature aged guests and unfortunately, we do not accommodate Young single groups or "Schoolies" groups.
Local Attractions:

Close by you will find many golf courses to choose from, Saturday & Sunday markets, wineries and vineyards plus berry farms where you can pick your own. Horse riding, national park walks and a choice of many surf or calm bay side beaches for surfing or just relaxation.

There are many restaurants and cafes all around the bay and galleries with unique items from our own artists offer a chance to find special something to take home with you. All water sports and activities are available within a few minutes drive including the Peninsula natural hot springs, game fishing, swimming with the dolphins as well as the car ferry to Queenscliff from nearby Sorrento.

NO SCHOOLIES OR YOUNG SINGLE GROUPS.
Photo ID's are required when booking.
