Our stay was amazing! We arrived to fresh baked rhubarb cake and Michelle gave us fresh eggs and asparagus for a veggie scramble. Our hosts were so welcoming and easy to communicate with we would definitely stay again.

Great. Lots of room and everything you need right at hand. Dishwasher and laundry for easy clean up. Supermarket just a short walk and 15-20 minute walk to the center of town. The house made for a perfect holiday.

Great property and Friendly Hosts

Larger than we expected. Four bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Hosts responded quickly to questions we had before our stay. We enjoyed the recommendations to local eateries, walking paths, etc.

Great spot

Nice house in cool little area close to the river and to town. Nicer than in the pics with room for two small families. Great hosts who showed us their garden and allowed us to pick some vegetables.

Great Experience

Stayed here while my son played at Cooperstown All Star Village 30 minutes away. Great getaway. Having laundry on-site was clutch. Kitchen had the basics for a short stay. Hosts were very nice and accomodating.

Great homey place near SUNY Delhi campus. Basic needs were in frig and cupboards. A nice homemade pan of Strawberry-rhubarb crisp awaited us on the table.

Cozy Home & Great Host

Hosts have kept this home well-maintained. Very friendly and polite. Offered us fresh vegetables and fruits being grown on the property. Delicious homemade cake was waiting when we arrived. Plenty of essentials provided. Definitely recommend!

Perfect

I know it was never mentioned - maybe because of the season - but the little house was surrounded with beautiful hydrangeas in full bloom and made us feel as if we were nestled in the English countryside. Delightful. The inside was delightful as well!

There was a large zucchini cake that was made for us by the host! The zucchini was grown in their garden. It was absolutely delicious. Host provided coffee, salt, sugar, pepper, and body wash/shampoo. House was very welcoming!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Our family stayed here over a weekend while attending a memorial in Delhi. It could not have been a better, nicer experience. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. The hosts had put a delicious fresh baked crisp in the kitchen along with milk and cream in the fridge. They told us to pick berries from the bushes around the house so we enjoyed fresh blueberries for a snack several times. There are lots of helpful details like plenty of hangers, good laundry detergent, lots of extra sheets amd towels and so on. Its a fabulous location. It feels very peaceful and in the country but its only one minute from a grocery store and a McDonalds and a couple minutes from downtown Delhi where there are several charming restaurants. Best Vrbo experience ever!

The home was neat and clean and host had a yummy strawberry rhubarb crisp on the table waiting for us, along with a jar of rhubarb sauce. Delicious! Also appreciated condiments in the fridge. The only concern we had was the step up into the bathroom from the kitchen, and down again. We were 4 seniors and falls, especially during the night, were a concern. Bed pillows need upgrades We enjoyed the proximity to our Delhi area friends, grocery store, and eateries. Would definitely choose this vrbo for a future stay.

Very comfortable

Stayed here for a 4 day weekend for a wedding in Oneonta which is about 30 mins away. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is very simply decorated but has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The host are amazing, we were greeting with homemade rhubarb bread and they responded quickly to any inquiry. Their garden was amazing, they allowed us to enjoy strawberries, lettuce and onions that we picked ourselves. I have family in the area and would surly stay here again. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing some guest would miss is a tv, for my family it was enjoyable not having it. We will be back. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

The guest house was exactly what we needed for a nice family getaway. The house was clean and everything worked which is always a great start! The host were amazing and help make the stay even more pleasant. Great location too near university, stores, and downtown.

Honestly best rental in Delhi , would return!!

The property was so nice, clean and amazing! The owner of the property was so nice and welcoming, and offered us if we wanted some asparagus from her garden and let us use their fire pit. In addition, the property is pretty close to town and a river which was a plus. But the overall experience was 10/10 and would return!

Family getaway

We had a family vacation and this was more then I could have excepted! Host was so welcoming and gracious! I felt like I was home! The house was beautiful and clean, there was even fresh bake homemade cake and jam waiting for us! Which was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be using this destination again!

Delco Fair week

We enjoyed the space - plenty of room for the 4 of us. We weren’t there for long periods of the day but the nights were comfortable. The pantry was stocked with enough to last until you got to the store which is about a minute down the road. Owners were kind and left us a tasty zucchini bread from their garden.

Good central location in the heart of Delhi

The hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. The garden is wonderful. The property is centrally located in the town and very close to the grocery, and nearby river access. The guest house itself is sparsely furnished, but has large opening kitchen and living room.
