ALL guests staying at the property MUST be 25 years of age or older at this property- NO EXCEPTIONS

PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property
No pets

THINGS TO KNOW:
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Great location-1 block to Duval St. but also a Quiet area! Pool area was nice! Loved having two king bedrooms! Nice full size washer and dryer. Definitely needs new pillows on all the beds!

The location was excellent! There was a grocery store right around the corner. Most everything else was in walking distance. The pool area was very nice and pool towels were provided. The actual property is quite old and not everything worked properly. The kitchen is very small and barely adequate. The refrigerator was too small and didn't get cold enough. The grill was clean and in good shape.

Great property! Beds were comfortable, property clean, bathrooms nice, pool area very beautiful. Great location, one block to Duval Street. Easy walk. The sofa probably needs replacing and the kitchen needs some help. Needs more utensils but we really didn't cook. I would definitely rent this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only really good thing about this unit is the location. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and quiet too. The pool is a nice amenity, but definitely needs some work done along with the patio. It could be a lot nicer. The maintenance crew was there every day blowing off leaves, etc. and testing the ph levels in the pool. I wish as much care was taken on the inside. The unit was pretty clean, but the kitchen countertop is peeling off in 2-3 areas, the dishwasher is broken (and looks like it’s been that way since May), air conditioning units need cleaned or filter changed (very dirty), and the flooring in all the bathrooms needs replaced (feels like it’s ready to cave in when you walk on it, not sure what the problem is, maybe leaking underneath flooring?). The unit definitely needs some work done. We were not happy with the condition of the unit and you can’t tell this from the pictures online.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location was great! Close to Duval Street! CONS: Pictures are deceiving, did not depict the actual place when we arrived. AC did not work in Bimini suite, pool area was very dirty. Parking was a problem - first come first parking spot but continuously getting called or having to call to move cars (nothing can be done about that so just need to be prepared for that). Very dated and really needs a deep cleaning of rugs and furniture. Floors also felt like they had been flooded and warped.I loved the location but do not think I would book again. Place is definitely for younger partiers that just need a place to crash and don’t care about their surroundings or comfort.

Spring 2025 Getaway

Our room was the perfect size for our party of 5 adults. The property was clean and quiet. Easy walking access to Duval for all the restaurants, bars and shopping in the area.

Great Location!

This property had everything we needed for a quick getaway with friends. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We utilized the outdoor pool area every day of our stay. The best quality was the location! Close to everything and in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go!

Great location but wouldn't recommend

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. It fit our needs and was close enough to Duval and other highlights that we never needed to drive. However, parking was a pain (not guaranteed a spot and it's only a single driveway so you'll either be parked in or have to move your vehicle for others to leave). We had six adults and could only park one car in the driveway. There is a public lot very close to the house but it cost 50/day and our car was sideswiped.Our place wasn't dirty, but it wasn't really clean. The a/c worked ok for us, but I can see how it would struggle to keep up during summer months.The two bathrooms that had shower curtains were not long enough. It's like they bought a single shower curtain for a normal sized shower. If it was pulled closed on one end, the other end was open/big gap. We came home in the middle of the day to refresh and there was a huge puddle in one of ours rooms and clothes were soaked. We called the maintenance number and someone showed up quickly and told us, "it's from the people upstairs showering, they probably didn't pull the shower curtain closed. This happened last time - it's a known issue". Luckily it did not ruin any items and missed the bed. But maybe get shower curtains that fit to help the issue?Also really weird, there were two knives that were sitting outside in the pool area the whole time we were there. A steak knife sitting on the top of the gate and a filter knife in a sheath sitting on a bench by the pool.

Escaped the snow for some warmer temps and sunshine

Great location within walking distance of Duval St. Swimming pool was warm and serviced daily. Bathtubs did not hold water so may as well be classified as showers. Fan with light in bathroom nearest washer and dryer flickered when turned on. Mirrors need to be placed in bedrooms.

Best place to stay!

From start to finish everything was great with this property. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool area is very nice, great place to enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing night time cocktail. The location is fantastic!
