Tralea, is a fantastic central location, Three bedroom townhouse, right in the center of town. It has an open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room, Room One has one Queen Bed. Room Two has a Queen bed. Room three has two single beds. 1 separate toilet, 1 large bathroom, 1 large laundry with a washing machine. It also includes 2 TVs including a DVD player, porta-cot, and a high chair. All linen and towels are supplied. Pantry which l have supplied; milk, sugar, coffee, tea also glad wrap salt, and pepper. Ducted Heating and cooling, also has a secure courtyard. Very central, close to Restaurants, bars, Cinema, Shops, Church, and Hospital short walk to the Murray River. We live not very far away, so if any problems arise, I can be there to fix whatever they may be. Guests have access to the whole house, with a secure lock-up, carport, and courtyard.
Tralea is in a fantastic location. Great for sporting events as you have the Racing track within walking distance, also excellent Tennis courts for tennis comps, Croquet and Bowls. The amazing Murray Downs Golf Club is just over the river about 15 minutes drive, this also has a courtesy bus pick up and drop off. You also have the Swan Hill hospital and medical clinic just up the road if needed.
This 3 bedroom house is very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of space for 6 adults. Great natural lighting in Kitchen and lounge room. There is a family-size Webber outdoor BBQ, which must be cleaned afterward.

This unit was super and hard to imagine there would be anything better in Swan Hill. Wonderfully clean and well appointed and a good size. Close to centre of town.....good size outdoor area withbbq.
We really enjoyed our short stay in Swan Hill. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was a short walk into town. Highly recommended.
Tralea was wonderful: clean, quiet, and comfortable - everything you need for a great stay is present and I would recommend Tralea. The owner was very obliging and super easy to communicate with - an all-round winner.
Loved being a couple of blocks from great coffee in the early mornings. The property was well equipped for our needs, very clean and communication was clear. I’d highly recommend this accommodation if you need to be close to the centre of town. Fantastic!

Just beautiful
Just wow such a beautiful place, has everything you need couldn’t ask for more, Quiet area and very centrally located. Feels very homey I didn’t want to leave

Nice to be close and central to town. Easy walking to restaurants (special shout out to Quo Vadis for a great pizza) and shops. Tralea is in a lovely spot, nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms are a good size and good amenities. Lock up garage or parking on the street.
Great accommodation for a group of 4 ladies. However, the single beds while very comfy were extremely squeaky, so every movement was noisy. Also a couple spare bin bags would be a good idea, a very good stay thankyou.

Hoping that has fixed it, as they were very loose.
Also the bin liners are in the bin or under the sink.

VERY SOPHISTICATED PROPERTY - 9 night stay
Beautiful property, right in town and 1 street away from the hospital (our reason for staying). Fiona the owner is very generous with provisions, we have stayed in quite a few properties over the years and never come across this. Fiona has so graciously put a T.V. in each bedroom. Despite being so centrally located we didn’t experience any noise during our 9 night stay. The only negative for some people might be is that there really isn’t a back yard although there is somewhere to sit and B.B.Q out the back and the river is only a 10 min walk if wanting a grassed recreational area. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if it suits your needs and would come back again. Thank you Fiona for an enjoyable and stress free stay.

Loved this property as it is such a central location. Churches, hospital, cinema and shops are just a short walking distance so you can park your car and walk or come on the train.
What makes this property unique
Great spacious house with lots of natural light and every room has walk in robes. Very safe and secure home, easy walk to the race course, pioneer settlement, art gallery.Murray river walking and cycling tracks. Swan Hill speedway 5-minute drive out the Ultima Road.Sea Lake a 1-hour drive to Lake Tyrell The farmers market is the first Sunday of the month at Riverside Park.
