Great getaway spot

We had such a relaxing stay for a winter break, it's not too far from restaurants but far enough removed that you can escape, the perfect base for a foodie long weekend! Everything we needed was there and our host was very responsive.

Great place with a great view

This place is perfect for couples for a weekend away! The interior is beautifully designed and the hom is well equipped with everything you might need. Nicola was a great host and very accomodating, will definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful

I've stayed in many locations throughout the South West over the last few years, and this one has to be the best. The accommodation was really comfortable and well thought out. The view was unforgettable. Checking in and out was very easy. I will certainly be back.

Easter break small retreat

This is the place you want to be in for a short stay. Warm welcome. Super cool interior design. Only Roos and birds as a company, and awesome view on the countryside. We’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful, relaxing weekend break

The owners Nicola and John were very welcoming and gave great advice regarding wineries and sights worth visiting. The studio was very clean and the bed extremely comfy. There was an Espresso coffee machine and delicious homemade cookies provided. Vasse Virgin toiletries are in the shower room also. The views are stunning, with lots of kangaroo visitors at dusk. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Impressive use of space and environment

We had a birthday treat at Bed & Bauhaus and were very impressed. It is lovely to see such attention to detail - down to the happy birthday greeting on a board. one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on outside of my home and the rocking chair was ideal for browsing magazines. Thank you so much, we will be back... booked already ! This stay was January 2016 but the icon is not allowing this year !!

Xmas Getaway

This holiday stay felt like a slice of luxury with an eco presence. We loved the decor and Danish design, as well as reading about how the water was collected and how the property was double glazed. We were provided with beautiful eco shower products that didn't pollute the water system, a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as a fresh jug of milk in the fridge. Our intro was lovely and welcoming and our goodbyes just as pleasant. Even though the room is connected to the owners house we felt like we were completely private. We woke to beautiful views of a kangaroo joey and family outside our windows and fresh dishes. All in all we left having had the best sleeps of 2021, relaxed and ready to rebook for the following year.

Fantastic small retreat

You know what? You enter this nice little "studio", discover the superb view on the Yalingup countryside, the well-designed, cosy and modern interior, and immediately feel like this is home! The welcome by the owner was very nice and friendly. And this place is very quiet, being in the heart of the countryside. So, all good, and highly recommended.

Delightful Relaxing location

We loved the location. Everything was clean & very comfortable . Our hosts were friendly, informative & very relaxed. Nicola checked with us to make sure everything was fine re our arrival. We would only have liked unlimited internet !

Amazing location, over looking the valley with kangaroos eating grass outside our doorstep one night. Great architect designed studio that was spacious yet cozy.

Our boutique guest suite was spotlessly clean,had all our requirements, wonderfully situated and grounds were beautifully kept. Nicola was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had a great stay.
