THE HOUSE The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and coffee maker. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.
PET FRIENDLY Dog welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog . City of Busselton laws apply.

🧹 Damage & Cleaning Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the stay. Please send photos of any existing damage within 10 minutes of arrival. A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Lost keys may require lock replacement. Oil leaks must be contained or may incur driveway cleaning fees.

Such a beautiful home and a beach vibe surroundings great location close to town to enjoy a walk and to the beach. Everything is provided of what you needed and very clean house and smokers friendly ( outside of course)! Would recommend this beautiful home if anyone is looking for a great stay in Busselton.
Wonderful location. The house was very comfortable, lots of nice touches throughout and plenty of space. Great communication with hosts and would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest places we have stayed in at WA with our dog.

Lovely well appointed property that gave us a very comfortable break.
Close to all amenities in Busselton town with the comforts of home, great back yard for the dog to exercise, enjoyed much of the foreshore and walking about town.
Lovely and clean property with everything required for a fantastic stay. Spacious backyard, great for dogs and only 10min walk to the beach. Would stay again.

I grew up in the Eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia, and understand how important a holiday by the seaside can be for some families. Busselton has much to offer, and if you choose to travel a little you can enjoy a day in Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Nannup, Capel and Bunbury with all the region has to offer. The house is so close to the centre of Busselton, and yet the street is quiet. The shops are conveniently located at the end of the street, a very short walk to get your groceries. I endeavour to keep the house exceptionally clean for my guests. The house has a lovely big secure yard for all your family to play too.
