All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ocean views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 twin beds (4 twins total). The 4th bedroom offers a queen bed and ocean views. The renovated, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner stove and a dishwasher. The formal dining room has comfortable seating for 8 and faces the ocean. The living room and sunroom also face the beautiful Nantucket Sound, and a flat screen TV with DVD player is provided in the sunroom. The outdoor living spaces include 2 patios and a terrific farmer's porch. The first patio is off the kitchen and is furnished with a picnic table and gas grill. The second patio gets you closer to the ocean so you can dine al fresco or sit around the fire pit enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of being on the water. Relax on the farmers porch with a good book or good company. Other amenities offered include a washer and dryer, hardwood floors throughout and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day on your private beach! WIFI internet is available.
