City Courtyard Apartment is in a fabulous location, close to the heart of the city and only steps from the local pub.
City Courtyard has home away from home comforts with 3 bedrooms and open plan living, suitable for short or extended stays.
Holiday or corporate guests will find the location ideal.
Main bedroom has a comfy king size bed (which may be split into 2 king singles) with plasma TV.
The other 2x bedrooms each have queen size pillow top beds, with bedroom two also having a plasma TV.
The apartment features a fully self contained kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, pots n pans, utensils and more. Free unlimited Wi-Fi (connected to the NBN for high internet speed and performance)
At the end of the day after exploring the limestone coast guests can relax on the comfy couch in the open plan living which has large flat screen smart TV, air-conditioning and heating.
Catch the morning sun in the private alfresco courtyard, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in complete privacy.
City Courtyard is available for bookings of 1,2 or 3 bedrooms.
At peak times limited nights stays apply and is only available as a 3 bedroom apartment.
Free on-site parking for 2 vehicles.
Local managers with extensive local knowledge.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak.
Christmas - New year period minimum 4 night stay. Easter minimum 3 night stay.
Long weekends and special events minimum night stays apply.
During peak times maximum rate applies, no discounts available.
A $200 RDD (Refundable Damage Deposit) will also be required before check-in.

Very nice and clean property .

We stayed there with two other couples There was plenty of room for all of us. It was presented very neat and tidy, in a good position to where we wanted to be . We would stay there again .
