Very modern apartment Fantastic location

Further to my first review we were welcomed by two excellent local wines, two loaves of wonderful freshly baked bread from the Margaret River Woodfired Bakery and flowers. My comment about the 3 bedrooms was a mis-reading of the website. It DOES read 2 bedrooms and 3 beds which in my haste took as three bedrooms. There is a kingsize double and two kingsize singles all of which were amongst the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Thanks Vincent and Gnarabup.

Fantastic localtion in very modern apartment

My wife and I came from the UK to meet our 27 year old daughter in Perth. She lives in Sydney. We spent 5 days at Margaret River. Mimosa Villa Studio actually has 2 bedrooms not the 3 advertised. It is extremely modern and spacious with very comfortable beds and a lovely bath room with the exception that there is no separate toilet. The studio is a little gloomy being in the basement of the main villa but it has am marvellous locatioin being 10 minutes walk from Gnarabup Beach where there is safe swimming and wonderful walks along the dunes to Margaret River mouth and Surfers' Point. The kitchen was a bit disappointing, only having two electric rings. Consequently we did not eat at the studio on any of our five evenings but there are sufficient restaurants in Margaret River. It was good that WiFi had been installed shortly before our arrival. Vincent was very prompt in respoonding to a couple of minor requests that we had. We travelled extensively from Cape toi Cape and cannot think of a better location in the Margaret River region. Ian and Helen London UK

3 adults stayed. The accommodation was amazing beautiful rooms even nicer than the pics. Nice and quiet and close to beach and an easy drive to Margaret river. Would definitely stay again

Very pleasant

Lovely little Villa (but a little dark inside) because it is situated under the main house. When I stayed there were not working like the bedside lamps, and the Wi-Fi is only reachable in one part of the Villa. The BBQ is old, there is no built-in hood, and no lighting button which made it hard to light this is dangerous. The owner supplied a separate BBQ lighter but that was also not working. So be careful that the BBQ does not flash over and burn you upon trying to light it. There was no beer bottle opener and corkscrew I could find in the kitchen but fortunately I brought my own anyhow. Apart from this I enjoy a quiet restful couple of nights, and it is in walkable distance to the beach.
