Unit 15, Moana Beachfront Apartments

This apartment has been recently renovated and updated ! It is sparkling and glistening just like the ocean directly across the road.

During the day, enjoy the beach. A perfect beach for long ambling walks or quick strolls and for swimming and surfing in the clear waters.

The Deep Blue Cafe and Surf Club are only meters away.

Alternatively, do some wine tasting at the McLaren Vale wineries only 10 minutes away and also enjoy the village setting of McLaren Vale and its cafes. Or explore a little further and enjoy all the boutique wineries and gourmet foods The Fleuriei Peninsula has to offer.

There are also excellent shopping facilities 5 minutes away or if in need or more, cinemas, indoor activities and major shopping centre 10 mins away at Noarlunga Centre.

In the evening, watch the magical sunsets from the balcony

The apartment is fully self contained but toiletries and beach towels are not supplied.

Upstairs has the kitchen, dining and living areas with 55 inch Smart HD TV and DVD
Downstairs has the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilet.
The balcony gas a 5 piece outdoor setting and gas Weber Baby Q is supplied.
2 car parks are available.

This apartment has access to its grounds via key safe and security doors are on both back and front doors to allow you to enjoy the sea breezes flowing through safely.

The apartment complex is very secure with swipe card access for cars and keypad access on the gates.

The beach view from the living room, balcony and bedroom is great. We also found the location very central for visiting the coastline and the wine region.

Long weekend at Moana

A great appartment with all the facilities required to enjoy a relaxing stay, and in such a handy spot next to the Deep Blue Cafe. We loved the sea views from the Balcony and main bedroom.

Fantastic location and unit

First time using Stayz and it was great. The unit was in a perfect location and had everthing you needed. Cafe next door was abit noisy but lovely and close to grab a cuppa. Very impressed :)

Janet, thank you for a lovely stay. Your property is lovely and so well equipped.....kitchen was large and well equipped. The view across to the beach is just divine and such a relaxing spot for a morning coffee or afternoon drink!!!!! House is very comfortable. Fantastic proximity and close enough to walk to shops. Enjoyed heading out to the McLaren Vale and especially Fix Creek wines!!!!! :)
