Continuing from our much successful listing Neat & Cosy Nailsworth (www.stayz.com.au/97772), we are pleased to present our new addition, Charmingly Cosy College Park. Ideal for WOMADelaide, Fringe Festival, Tour Down Under, Adelaide Oval. Festival of Arts and more.

Situated in the exclusive suburb of College Park and being only a stones throw away from the Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, there's no wonder this location is a desirable property to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this city fringe location is quiet yet within walking distance or a few bus stops to the city.

This two-storey townhouse is a gem and consists of our 5 C's: Charming, Comfortable, Cosy, Compact and Clean. Downstairs comprises of the living, dining, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and second toilet. Upstairs is where you retreat to and nestle at night, with 2 Queen beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has magnificent park views and balcony access where you can take in the sights and sounds it has to offer. You may even catch a whiff of coffee from the adjacent specialty coffee shop, which also serves light meals and brunch. The second bedroom has gorgeous views of the plane trees lining Torrens Street. The house is fully ducted with heating and cooling. Infant/Toddler safety gates are available on request for the peace of mind of parents.

100m from the house, you will find Linear Park Trail which will set your path along the River Torrens toward the Zoo, Botanical Garden, Universities and through to the newly built Adelaide Oval and Riverbank precinct. Whether that be by bike riding or a leisurely hike to the city, whilst soaking in the quiet tranquility along the River Torrens. Across from the property if the Twelftree Reserve, which is a family-friendly park with BBQ facilities. If it's a meal or just a few drinks to wind down after a busy day out, then the local Hackney Hotel and Function Centre is only a few minutes walk away.

Great House and Location
Location was great and home had everything we needed. Enclosed private garage/carpark was a bonus. Location so close to the River Torrens path also a bonus, we used the path every day. Beds are both very comfortable too. Thanks Ben!

Great coffee shop across the street. secure parking was a pleasant surprise . Park with playground opposite means no sleeping in , in the mornings. Great shower pressure which his a big factor at the end of a long day in the Adelaide sun.
