We have an upstairs fully contained apartment which will suit a couple. It contains 1 bedroom with queen and a double sofa bed in lounge area.
There is a balcony with a outdoor setting peering over a lake, table tennis in Games Room.
Also the use of a Washing Machine.
We are very close to the town and local beaches.
Our property also cricket nets for your use with plenty of trees and birds. Very peaceful and relaxing. Please make note that the Jasmine House below is not rented out at the same time, so you have the Apartment to yourselves.

Dog friendly stay

This was a fantastic overnight stay with our dog. The treetop cabin was very peaceful and well designed. The steep steps may not suit everyone however.

Lovely Property

The apartment had everything we needed and the grounds were great. My elderly dog really enjoyed sniffing her way all the walkways and the little pond.

Tree Top Apartment

A clean, well appointed, quiet and secure apartment contained within the grounds of a very spacious natural garden which is ideal for those travelling with pets. A very pleasant relaxing stay.

Good Base for larger families

Beautiful property with enough room for all the family. Would be a great base for larger groups and families with kids and 4 legged friends. Driving distance to all shops and restaurants, just be mindful that most shops close on Sundays. We enjoyed the Lucky Bay brewing Co which is pet and child friendly.

Beautiful surroundings

We needed a place to stay with our pet and leaving late to arrive in Esperance. Our host was patient and understanding regarding us getting waylaid and arriving in the dark!

Needs a lot of TLC

This property could be really lovely but it needs a good spruce up and the exterior a good clean. We stayed in some really lovely properties during our trip but this was way overpriced in comparison.

Millar stay

I was concerned that notification of the address from Stayz was delayed until the day before our visit (unless I missed it). This required an unpredicted call to the owner. Stayz needs to time its provision of the address to take account of the possibility that guests may have left home earlier and not subject to the usual availability of internet.

Esperance Surprise!

Even though we had been visiting Esperance for 21 years we were absolutely stunned when we entered the Lacabana Retreat! The gardens and facilities are exceptional and the Tree top house is beautiful- clean, fully equipped , tasteful and comfortable. Would love to bring all my family back for a stay. Thank you.😊

Wow, what an amazing spot to stay in and an amazing accomodation provided. Topped off with a very lovely host who was easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile. Highly recommended!

Peaceful retreat

We had a wonderful stay here with our two dogs. The apartment was charming and set in a lovely rustic space but still close to town. Owners were very friendly and the only noise was bird song. Highly recommended.

The process of renting this property was trouble free. The property manager Vicki was pleasant and good to deal with. All in all a great place to stay.

Simply the best

We were only 8 minutes from the town centre but we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere! No noise but birds and wind. The unit is beautifully set up and the grounds are wonderful and rustic. We will definitely be back!!

Cold night, but a good one.

We came in late after travelling a long way (over 800km) and the owner gave us directions to the room in the dark. Everything was great, however the only issue was we couldn't start the airconditioner to heat the room. I changed the batteries and there were two other devices with the same batteries available. The a/c still didn't start, thankfully there was an oil space heater in the bedroom and we were warm enough for the night. Cold start to the next day though. Place was lovely and looked great in the daylight, Thanks
