WELCOME TO "PANDA'S PATCH"
This picturesque place to stay is located in Quedjinup and only 5 minutes from Dunsborough town centre.
With beaches, wineries, golf courses, cafes, ice creamery and restaurants all very close by for your enjoyment!
Yallingup beach minutes away and only a short drive to Margaret River!
If you love wild life and bush views you will love Panda's Patch.
This cozy guest house is somewhere you can make memories with your loved ones! Our space has high ceilings throughout, 2 spacious bedrooms one with a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen and a single bed, both have robes, ceiling fans and beautiful solid timber floors. Porta cot, high chair and baby bath available. A walk in shower in the bathroom. The living area is open planned and furnished comfortably with polished concrete floors and the view is incredible!
We have books, toys and card games for the kids.
Also a perfect location for a romantic getaway.
Air conditioning for the warm months and heating for the cooler months. (Main living area)
Free WIFI. Nespresso coffee machine
Walk outside to find an alfresco area with bbq, day bed, outside dining and a fire pit for winter to roast marshmallows and enjoy a relaxing wine.

The guest house is located on our property.
We are available should you need anything during your stay, otherwise enjoy your own private entry and fully fenced space.

Lovely relaxing weekend

We had a really nice stay at Pandas Patch. Lots of toys for the girls to play with, lovely garden and comfy beds. Close to Dunsborough and the lovely beaches.

This was a great place to stay. Everything you needed was provided, all you need is your beach towels. Comfortable, clean, peaceful. Just a short drive out of Dunsborough, but close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great family stay

Denise put out extra touches - with marshmallows for the kids, firewood and ice cream. The house has everything you need when you’re holidaying with kids including a tonne of toys, balls, bats, books. It’s tranquil and also a short drive into town so pretty perfect if you ask me.

Escape to the country

Wonderful peaceful location, everything needed for a recharging break. Birds, the occasional kangaroo, short drive to town and sea but away from the bussle.

Convenient location and beautiful spot

A really nice guesthouse - comfortable, modern and stylishly decorated. The back verandah and lawn was a highlight for us. The kids loved playing sports on the grass and watching all the different birds in the bushland. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of nice little touches in general that made everything easy and relaxing. Loved our stay, thank you Denise and Sean!

Convenient and Peaceful

We had such an enjoyable stay - especially our 4 year old as there were lots of toys, Crayons, books etc. for her to play with. A convenient location with everything that you could need nearby, but also peaceful and secluded with picturesque bush to look out onto. Practical and comfortable lay out with everything we needed for a young family. We will definitely be back!
