Condo calme de deux chambres récemment meublé, avec deux balcons avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes offre beaucoup d'espace de couchage supplémentaire (un lit double fonctionne pour deux adultes et un lit superposé et un futon sont mieux adaptés aux enfants). Les terrains communs bien entretenus comprennent un bain à remous et une grande piscine en face de l'unité. La plage de sable doux se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la piscine. Une barrière de sécurité comprend 24 heures de sécurité sur place.

Wonderful Condo

We LOVED the location! It’s right on the beach and only a mile walk to a few local places. The pool is a really good size and right across from the unit. The beds were comfortable and condo well supplied.

Awesome vacation!

We had a great time on our trip to this condo. The location was awesome with fishing, surfing, pickleball, tennis, etc. all within walking distance. The condo was perfect for our family of 5.

Perfect location

Had a wonderful stay! Condo was excellent, people were friendly and the area felt very safe. Pool, boardwalk, intercostal waters and beach all in sightline. Would return in a heartbeat!

Beach Bliss

We enjoyed yet another stay at Annie's property. It is amazing to see how fast everything recovered after the hurricane. Our granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool. And shell collecting was a popular pastime. See you next year!

Relaxing place

Beautiful and relaxing place. Many restaurants, however, due to COVID, we did not go any restaurants. We have been going to Lands End for 12 years. We love this place . We have already made our reservations for next year.

Land’s End Favorite

We have been staying at Lands End for many years in nearly all of the buildings. This was one of our favorites for our family of 4. Two beautiful balconies with views of both intercoastal and the ocean! Very close to all of our favorite amenities in the pool, hot tub, beach volleyball and pickleball. Plenty of room for our family to play cards, watch March madness and cook all in one area! Wonderful condo for great value. Thank you!

Family vacation

We’ve stayed in different condos at Land’s end and love this area. We enjoyed our stay very much! There were a few minor things that would have made it better like extra TP, some paper towels, and more seating in the living area. The five of us were rather crowded when we wanted to watch a show together. Overall, it was great experience! Thanks Annie for sharing your condo with our family!

Everything was great. Just one night of excess noise which is not normal for this location. Come to find out there were thirty families at the complex for a baseball tournament. Very disrespectful to locals and staff at Lands End will not deter us from coming back. This is our home away from home for 15 plus years. Thank you Annie your place was great.

I enjoyed my stay, however I am still waiting on my $1200 refund where I paid owner cancels and then

We rebooked all due to Covid 19. I had to pay the entire amount twice and haven't received the refund for the first payment.

Hi! I’m glad to hear you had a good stay! Unfortunately, Homeaway keeps payments until guests arrive. We never received your initial reservation payment. I’m sorry there is a lag. We had guests cancel a reservation last month because of Covid and it took 4 weeks for them to see the money back. We had never seen a penny of it. I find it frustrating because it’s a Homeaway issue and it makes it look like owners are keeping the money (even though we never see it until guests’ stays actually start). The Homeaway help center says it may take 3-4 weeks to receive a refund currently because of the crisis (which is crazy long :( ). If you still don’t see it by then, please let me know and I will contact them for you. I’m sorry again your funds are tied up in the system.

Sunset did not disappoint!

Overall my trip and experience at Sunset was very positive. The property is ideal in a quiet and relaxed setting. The pool was good size and busy, I would heat the pool as it was cool/cold water but if your hot it will cool you off and you will get use to the temperature. The grounds were clean and taken care of. Quick access short walk to the beach and ocean, which was beautiful and provided lots of sun. My complaints are minimal and could be easily corrected. I thought the host did a great job communicating with me and answering questions and helping out with concerns. I would update the mattress in master bedroom as way too soft I wouldn’t go necessarily hard but at least medium firmness. Some plumbing issues as you will hear the pipes when others turn on water there is a screeching noise. The garbage disposal has a continuous Oder that requires frequent running of water and turning on the disposal to minimize the odor. One of the toilets seemed to have the water siphoned off and would not flush but plumber did come and correct. Those would be my only complaints otherwise good space in the unit, very family friendly with various activities on grounds to keep you busy if you don’t want to spend all your time in the water. Easy drive to to grocery stores and restaurants. Sunset Beach was beautiful and did not disappoint! My railing would be a 4.5 but it offers a 5 or a 4 so will put 4 but with fixing the bed, plumbing, odor and some heat in the pool I would then be at at strong 5. I’m sure I will be back with my family as 4.5 is solid and though back at work today, I’m still thinking about sunset Beach!

Amazing Spring Break trip with Family

This was such a great property to stay in especially with kids. The owners had everything you need from crib, High chair, beach toys, and kid friendly dishes! Having the pool and beach so close made this place the best!

Amazing time!

Loved this property! The beach was beautiful and condo was super perfect for our 3 kids. Would recommend doing the illuminated kayaks if you are in the area at sharkeys, had an absolute blast. Everyday woke up to the sunrise in the bedroom slider.

Annie is the absolute best person to rent through.

This has been the most amazing experience with a rental I have ever had. Annie was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire trip. I have stayed in all inclusive resorts with less service than she has provided. The beach was beautiful and there were hardly any people. The facilities were amazing. Definitely give this a try. I come to Florida every year once or twice and probably will be returning through her without a doubt.

Hi! My name is Annie and my husband and I purchased our condo in the fall of 2019. I love traveling and warm weather. My husband, two children and I recently relocated from Louisville, KY to Ottawa, Canada. Treasure Island is our little piece of paradise, where we enjoy looking for seashells, boogie boarding, golfing, taking long walks at sunset, and exploring the area.

We chose this area because we love the gulf, with its warm and colorful water. The condo is located within Lands End, which is a very safe and quiet community in the Sunset Beach area. The pool is right across from our unit, which we love the convenience of. There are also dining options within walking distance (1-1.5 mile), which is fun when on vacation!
