Cosy high country experience in the heart of the Snowy Mountains
This privately owned chalet located on the grounds of Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort and Spa and has views of the lake and the stunning Snowy Mountains.
The chalet is furnished with modern decor and fully-equipped for an enjoyable stay for up to four people. Its modern design features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, internal laundry and drying room.
Upstairs has a breathtaking view of the mountains and overlooks the lake. It has a complete kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, sandwich press, and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods). There is a bathroom with a shower, as well as an internal laundry complete with a washing machine, dryer and drying cupboard to hang all your wet snow gear.
The living area includes a 3-piece lounge, dining table, large smart TV and DVD player. There is a gas fireplace to keep you warm in winter and air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer. The joinery unit on the wall can be pulled down to convert into a queen-sized murphy bed with comfortable Posturepedic mattress.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be configured as two king singles if required. It has a full-sized ensuite bathroom with a spa, so you can unwind after a busy day of outdoor activities.
The balcony has stunning views of the mountains and features a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining set.
Guests also have access to an indoor heated pool and sauna, gym and tennis courts and and other outdoor activities, including canoeing and kayaking in the warmer months. The chalet is located right next to the resort's cafe/restaurant and luxury day spa.
The chalet is a 15-min drive to Thredbo and a 2-min drive to the Ski Tube for direct snow access to Perisher and Blue Cow ski fields.
This property is not associated with or managed by the Lake Crackenback Resort. You will have free access to a few of the facilities offered by the Resort (including the pool, gym, sauna, BBQ facilities tennis courts and golf course). If you would like to use any of the other facilities of the Resort, extra charges may be incurred. If you encounter any issues or require any assistance in relation to the property, please contact us directly as the Resort cannot assist you with these enquiries.

The chalet is in a prime location for you to access many facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, gym and tennis courts. There is also a bar, restaurant, cafe, general store plus ski hire and bike hire all within metres of the house.
All outdoor activities are available for hire through the Activate Centre including ski/snow gear, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, trout fishing, mountain biking, golf, archery and Segway Tours.
