- Four-wheel drive and snow tires are required, and chains may be necessary in the winter months to access the property. Please be sure that every car and driver in your party is notified/aware of and meets these requirements in advance of arriving
- The hot tub is serviced every Monday morning
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located over the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is located on the end of the main building, facing the front of the house, camera 3 is a doorbell camera facing the front entry, camera 4 is located on the deck facing the front entry, camera 5 is located on the back of the house facing the field, and camera 6 is located on the side of the house facing the yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion
