Inside, two queen bedrooms, a single cabin-style room and two bathrooms provide space for up to five guests. The open-plan kitchen and living area flows around a central wood stove, perfect for cozy evenings or gathering with friends. Step outside to a private pergola and BBQ terrace overlooking vineyard rows — ideal for slow mornings or long, laughter-filled dinners. Whether you’re exploring cellar doors, sharing fireside stories, or simply relaxing among the vines, Bed In A Shed Too offers an experience both creative and comfortable.

Guests enjoy full, private use of the villa and its outdoor areas. Access is via a private driveway off Blocks Road, Leasingham, with free on-site parking. Self-check-in is available from 3 pm via a secure lockbox, and check-out is 10 am. Detailed arrival instructions are provided in your confirmation email, digital guidebook and SMS.

Your stay is managed by Blocks Road, ensuring a seamless and personal experience. The villa is self-contained for your privacy, but we’re only a call or message away if you need assistance or local recommendations.
