Luxury 4 x bedroom house with solar heated in ground pool, master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite, tv, ceiling fan and his and her walk in robes. The three remaining bedrooms all have queen size beds, ceiling fans with built in wardrobes.The bathroom has a basin, free standing bath and a shower. There is an under cover alfresco with decking, tv, barbeque, out door sette and dining seating arrangements. The kitchen is equipped with a 90cm blanko oven, dishwasher, micro wave oven, delongi coffee machine and full size refrigerator. The laundry has washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes drying racks and there is a outside clothes line. Living area includes leather lounge suite, 65" led television, netflix, surround sound, dvd player and free WiFi. There is a dining room table which seats 8. The living area has split system air conditioner and ducted heating, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is 3 to 4 car parking on the asphalt driveway. Beach and shops are close by with a 7 minute walk.

We had such a wonderful stay in Rye at Wendy’s house! It such a beautiful and inviting property that’s so spacious and welcoming of families! Our kids loved spending time in the well maintained pool! The outside area is fantastic for summer days and nights and the property is close to shops and the beach! Will definitely be going back there again Thanks Wendy for sharing your house with us

amazing house!!!!

The photos don’t do this luxurious house justice. A group of 8 of us stayed for three nights and had the best time! Lounging around the pool and in the outdoor seating areas as well as chilling out in the indoor seating areas to watch Netflix or eating altogether on the large tables available. Will definitely be coming back next year!!

The photos do not do this place justice. It was perfect for our family Christmas; everyone spoke so highly of the accommodation. It had absolutely everything you could ever need plus more! It was spotless and in close proximity to the beach and shops. The pool was also heated and had plenty of loungers/toys. I honestly cannot say enough good things. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be highly recommending to family and friends, and hope to spend another Christmas here!

Fantastic house!!

This house is amazing. The pictures do not do this place any justice - it’s totally exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly clean and well appointed in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We stayed two nights, but wished it was longer. Thanks to Wendy for being an excellent host. We will be booking this house again in the future.

This property is fantastic!

This property is fantastic. We stayed with a group of friends and it was spacious and clean. We can not fault anything to do with the property. The owners were kind enough to leave access to pool toys and made sure everything was super clean! The property is located in close walking distance to the main shops and beach. We had a great stay here. Highly recommend

Simply outstanding property

We loved this home; it has everything you need and we felt comfortable being there. The bedrooms and beds are excellent. The facilities are first rate. Definitely a place from which to enjoy the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula.

A fabulous place. We had a lovely long weekend.

We really loved our stay in Wendy’s house. The house is incredible. It’s quite large and spacious which you don’t see in the photos. The photos really don’t do this place justice. It’s clean, has every amenity needed, the furniture is nice and you just feel at home. The outdoor and pool area is amazing. Quite a decent size backyard and is perfect and safe for kids. The tv outside in the lounge area was the best. Their communication was always quick and they were always available to answer questions. We’d stay again! Thank you!
