LOCATION 5 MINUTES WALK TO MARINA PRECINCT!

This new, open plan home ticks all the right boxes for your next short break or family holiday! Located just over 1 hours drive south of Sydney.

The fully stocked modern kitchen connects seamlessly from the living and dining area into a private alfresco with a BBQ which makes it the perfect private oasis to enjoy your well earned break. The upper level consists of a separate retreat/living area, spacious bathroom and four extravagant bedrooms. The main suite has a large walk-in wardrobe and stylish ensuite which opens up to your own private balcony to enjoy all year round.

It can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults & 4 children . Bedding configurations are Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - Bunks - Bedroom 4 - Bunks.

Foxtel, Netflix, Stan & Unlimited NBN wireless internet are included also at no charge!

Located approx. 500 metres from the marina precinct, local parks and beaches makes this home the idyllic sea change "home away from home".

All just minutes from cafes, restaurants and pristine beaches. Including 'The Farm', a National Surfing Reserve located within Killalea State Park and the Links Golf Club only 2klm away.

Linen and towels are provided.

Car parking for 2 cars on driveway/garage

No pets and No smoking indoors. No parties. Additional guests are not permitted without permission.

Lovely Stay!

My sisters and nieces had an amazing weekend at this beautiful home. The entire process was easy. The house was very clean and was in close proximity to the shops and beach. Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time.

Well equipped and perfect for families with kids

Amazing property with literally everything you need! We ran into rain but the kids didn’t get bored because there were so many toys and books for them to stay busy. Will definitely be going back.

Great weekend!

This property was so lovely. It is brand new and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. Shame our Hunters & Collectors concert got postponed, rescheduled for October. Hopefully we can stay here again!

Shell Cove Beach House - fantastic!

This is a great property with loads of space. We were 2 families with teenage kids and there was lots of room for everyone, the teens loved their own upstairs lounge room. Fantastic kitchen with everything you could ever need. Everything was very clean and fresh. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thanks again for a great stay.

Family Christmas

We chose this property in She’ll Cove to be close to family living nearby. The house met all our expectations and was beautifully presented, very clean and welcoming. The four bedrooms suited our group of 6 as did an upstairs living area. Back yard is small but adequate with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Kitchen, living and dining areas were perfect and spacious. We congratulate the owners on presentation of a beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent house in great location

I booked this house for my family of four ond my in laws. The outside gives the impression it's small but it's very spacious inside. The house is very comfortable, and very well equipped and a small stock of staples in the pants cupboard too was a great bonus. My only tiny niggle is the main bedroom could do with some curtains as the blinds let in quite a bit of light, but didn't effect my stay at all. Highly recommended the house and the area.

Super nice house

This house is very new, super clean and well-maintained. The beds and pillows are very comfortable with high quality. Decorations are very thoughtful and nice. You can almost find everything that you will need, it is just like your own home. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment, it is also close to shopping centres, restaurants and beaches. We stayed here for three nights with friends, all adults and kids really enjoyed the time in this house. Communication with the host and the check-in process is very smooth and handy. Definitely highly recommended.

Beautiful home with little touches throughout

Could not recommend Sharons place enough! From start to finish Sharon was easy to get in touch with and this house is the best we’ve ever stayed from Stayz. The house is new and modern with gorgeous furniture throughout. Foxtel included with three large screen TVs. All beds were super comfortable with quality bedding. We were pleasantly surprised by all the supplies Sharon left including all kitchen staples (plus a Nespresso!). All kitchenware was of a high quality and plenty of everything we needed as well as a BBQ! Overall this place was just perfect and more than enough space for seven adults! We just loved it, make sure you stay here!

This pretty new townhouse is a quite, nice and clean.

This property is superb, and we all enjoy to stay. Only two things I don't like at all. First is the homeaway web rule that I have to pay the $500 deposit and now the tour has 10 days past,but didn't receive it yet. I don't know why. The other thing is i have to pay twice when I present my credit card to pay the 1st payment. I thought it is automatic payment, but it isn't. That days I am busy not check the email, cancal the trip by the owner as I didn't pay the second time. It is inconvenient for me at least. The last thing what I like to metion to the later stayer, that the own ask to evacate the house at 10am, it is a bit tight for us.

Unfortunately, HomeAway's policies are not our policies and payments need to go through them as per their Terms & Conditions which you would have agreed to at the time of booking. We are not in control of any monies paid by our guests, these are handled by HomeAway. Also all communications are made by email & if you do not read your emails I cannot be held responsible for this. As you had not paid the balance in accordance with the terms of your booking I cancelled your booking as you had not replied to my numerous emails requesting final payment. I had provided ample notice to pay the balance before cancelling the booking. As far as the check out time of 10 am this is advised on the listing at the time of booking and if this is not suitable to you then perhaps you would need to book another property. You had booked the property on a busy holiday period and as we had new guests checking in after you at 2 pm on the same day we needed to allow time to have the property cleaned & well presented for our future guests. We are happy to extend check out on request and depending on circumstances, but on this occasion we were not able to do so. Agreeing to vacate at 10 am and then not doing so creates problems & extra expense for all involved. Please consider this when making your next bookings on HomeAway. Great location, super clean and town house furnished perfectly.

We went to stay for a wedding, 5 adults and 3 kids. We all fit with room to spare. All equipment and furniture was excellent quality. There was plenty of supplies to get you through if you forgot anything and the house itself was immaculate, super clean. Check in process was so easy and communication super friendly. Walking to the marina was only 5 mins away and there were lovely restaurants down there making it easy with a large family group to have a meal. This was by far the best place I have stayed at, we will definately go back!!!

Nice getaway close to everything

Gorgeous house and location

Perfect location for going on small day trips to neighbouring beaches. House was exceptionally clean and perfect for our group of 6. Had an awesome stay!

Easter break

It was a great stay and the place was really nice. Loved the decor and furnishings. Spoke to the owner about gas bottles being empty and was refilled immediately. Would highly recommend to others and friends
