Peninsula Holiday Rentals presents this beautifully appointed contemporary four bedroom home centrally located in Blairgowrie. This brand new home will instantly impress with an outdoor solar-heated pool, spacious living areas and high ceilings throughout.

Whether you are entertaining outside or relaxing with family & friends indoors, Summer or Winter this easy living property has loads of appeal!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials, including large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, semi-commercial oven and gas stove.
Indoor dining is available for 10.

You may prefer to spend your time enjoying the delightful alfresco area complete with a pool. This great outdoor entertainment area is ideal for enjoying those balmy summer nights cooking up a storm on the Weber BBQ.

For the young at heart the garage also doubles as a games room with table tennis and bikes available for guest use (helmets not provided).

Bathroom facilities include: two ensuites with separate shower, double vanity and toilet, main bathroom with separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and second bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.


Laundry facilities include: front loader washing machine, tumble dryer (located in garage), ironing facilities and clothes line.

As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival.

Firewood for fireplace:
A 15kg bag of firewood (inc kindling, matches and starters) will be provided to guests during the months between May and August.
15kg bags of wood can be purchased outside these months for $25 delivered.



Check In Time – We do our very best to have all bookings checked in at 2pm.
During busy periods and in the event that another booking has departed on your check-in day, your check in time may be 4pm.
Check Out Time- Check out time is 10am. Late check-out is available pending availability.

Absolutely amazing
