Charming and high standard, newly built: project of Arq. Ademar Sá. 120 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the center of the village. The house has 4 suites, maid's room with bathroom, social bathroom, living room with TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with barbecue, shower in the garden and pool. Suites with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bathrooms with garden. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Three car spaces. We have homemade.
The rent includes daily housekeeping and logically maintenance of pool and garden.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
