Family friendly house with brand new outdoor area - timber deck and pergola, plus newly renovated bathrooms, toilet and laundry. Well situated in the quiet River precinct. Walk to the river at the end of the street or take a leisurely stroll to bustling main town (5 mins by car).

The house offers open plan light filled air-conditioned living rooms, with separate dining, study nook & TV area - 43" TV with Netflix and DVD. Stylish mid century furnishings on cool polished concrete floors.

The 3 carpeted bedrooms are located off the main living rooms and comfortably sleep up to 6 adults. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to cool you during the warmer summer months.
An additional single mattress is available upon request.

WIFI onsite. Off street parking available for 2 cars.

3 nights minimum stay during peak/holiday periods. 5 nights minimum stay required other times.
