End of stay cleaning by a cleaning company is possible on request.

Fabulous holiday

We had a fabulous stay in this very nice house. The swimmingpool is perfect! The house is very nice furnitured. Everything you need is available. And the surroundings, the nature there is very beautiful! There even were deer around the house!

We gaan beginnen met een positieve noot : het vakantiehuis ligt ideaal, perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het eiland te verkennen. Het domein van het huis is mooi, maar er is wat opknapwerk aan, zoals losliggende tegels aan het zwembad en het grind rond het zwembad e.a is niet echt aangenaam. Vanbinnen is het een typisch huis van de jaren 70 (?) , dat wat liefde kan gebruiken. Wij wisten dat er geen internet was maar wat we niet wisten is dat het bereik op onze smartphones niet te best was ( je krijgt een mail open, maar een filmpje streamen zal niet lukken , zeker bij slecht weer is internet een gemis …) wij zijn daar vertrokken met gemengde gevoelens, deels door het slechte weer, maar ook deels door een aantal minderheden in het vakantiehuis ( netheid / insecten / geur ) wij hadden geboekt tss 6/9/2025 - 13/9/2025, maar zijn 1 dag vroeger vertrokken, dit zegt mss genoeg…onze algemene score is 3 op 5was

Maison et son jardin très agréables ! Tout est prévu pour y passer de bons moments. Calme garanti. Accès direct aux pistes cyclables et situation centrale pour visiter l'île. Très bon accueil.Jardin clos idéal pour les toutous.

Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants à passer de bons moments dans cette maison. La maison est généreusement aménagée et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très beau jardin, superbe salon et salle à manger, cuisine très bien équipée.

Un sejour formidable

Nous avons tout aimé : la maison, les espaces extérieurs, l'emplacement, la localisation. Se retrouver en pleine nature sans voiture sans voisinage avec le chant des oiseaux et à seulement 5mn à vélo de tout. Et cerise sur le gateau notre chien est accepté et de belles balades possibles tout autour sans prendre la voiture. Cet endroit est parfait pour nous ! Un grand merci

Superbe location au calme

Très agréable et spacieuse maison avec piscine, idéalement située dans un secteur calme, entre Saint Pierre d'Oléron et le port de la Côtinière. Parfait pour séjourner et partir à la découverte de l'île. A recommander.

Ein wunderschöner Platz zu Erholung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche, alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden. Der wunderschöne Pool bietet eine erholsame Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Und tres bon sejour

Nous avons und tres bien temps dans la maison. La maison, Le Jardin et la Piscine sont tres spacieuse et tres propre. Les enfants ont bien profitiee de la piscine Chauffee. La piscine est formidable pour les Jours qu'on le temps n'est pas bien. La maison est bien situee pour macher le chien. Nous allons retour er, c'est Sure.

Une très jolie maison bien cachée dans la verdure d'Oleron où on y retrouve le calme et la sérénité dans un cadre très coquet et fleuri. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et souhaite tout autant qu'elle que vous passiez un joli moment. Je recommande.

Superbe séjour ressourçant

Accueil chaleureux extrême gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire qui est à l'écoute pour rendre le séjour agréable avec de bonnes adresses à la clef. Belle villa spacieuse, pleine de charme, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût, entourée d'un jardin avec une grande piscine, idéal pour s'y ressourcer et s' y amuser en famille. La propriété est idéalement située pour sillonner l'île en vélo. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour dans le calme et la sérénité. Un vrai havre de paix. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances idéales à Oléron

Nous avons profité de la villa en famille à 5 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge pour nos vacances début juillet : comme indiqué dans les commentaires précédents, la situation au calme et à deux pas des pistes cyclables, du port ou des commerces, l'équipement complet, ainsi que l'accueil du Monsieur chargé de l'état des lieux et des clés, ou de la propriétaire lors de nos précédents échanges ont été au dela de nos espérances. De plus, la maison est vraiment adaptée aux enfants au niveau de la sécurité (portail et volet pour la piscine, serrures en hauteur, terrain clos..) leur permettant de jouer librement dans le jardin. Nous n'avions jamais vu de location aussi bien pourvue en vaisselle, casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, coussins, parasols... rien ne manque! Sans parler du charme des lieux, meublés et décorés avec goût. Nous serions bien restés quelques semaines de plus dans ce petit coin de paradis!

L'ensemble spacieux, maison et piscine ,permet d'être en famille ,nombreux - L'emplacement en campagne ,offre une grande sérénité ,un vrai silence et l'éloignement complet de la cohue et pour ceux qui le souhaitent ,de vivre très tranquillement - Confort et équipements sont assurés en écho du prix demandé - Ce furent deux semaines de nouveau très réussies -Location tout à fait recommandée d'autant que le lien avec propriétaire et responsable accueillant est facile et agréable-
