This was a good, clean, updated place to stay. Plenty of room and nice amenities for the kids. The host Josh was very responsive to all of my questions.

Quiet & Clean

We had three couples stay for the weekend while attending Rock the Country in Livingston. The one drawback was not having time to just stay and enjoy the house. This was one of the cleanest houses I’ve rented, is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, etc.

Family time do for LSU Vet student drop off

The property was great! Lots of comfortable seating for our family who had traveled from different parts of the US to gather and catch up. The Temp outside was very hot the house was nice and cool and the pool was put to good use by the younger family members. We hope when we come back to town that we can stay here again!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

Great stay! Kids loved the pool, swingset, trampoline in the backyard. Gas grill came in handy, even had a cabinet full of seasonings in the kitchen. Pool table was fun at night, 6 tvs throughout the home. Propery owner was quick to answer any questions we had.

Great host in a home away from home

I was skeptical about renting a home for our trip as we had a very bad experience in 2019 with another site which ruined my family’s first trip to Florida. My overall experience was wonderful from the beginning until the end of our stay. Mr. Murray answered all questions that I had before our trip. He made updates to the property a week before our stay and notified us when it was completed and that the pictures were posted online as promised. He was very polite and quick to respond. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, just what we were looking for. Yet it is close enough access to several restaurants and shopping. Everything that you need to feel the comforts of home was in the house. When we arrived the cleaning lady was still cleaning (not a big deal to us) and you can smell all the cleaning/sanitizing supplies that she was using, which is important, knowing that the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. She was very kind and polite as well. She showed us where everything was so that we didn’t have to go looking for anything and explained how everything worked in the home. We had questions even during our stay and he was also quick to respond and I sent him a message afterwards thanking him for allowing us to rent his home and told him that we would look forward to renting with him again whenever we are in Louisiana if his property were available. Thank you Mr Murray . My only gripe will be with fellow renters. It is difficult enough to find owners willing to accept pets so we should appreciate those who do and respect their property. There was some poop throughout the yard a lot of it fresh and recent that we picked up because we didn’t want anyone especially the children stepping in it. As pet owners we should always clean up after our pets and respect the property of others especially when they are kind enough to welcome our furrbabies onto their property.

Perfect for our purposes

Perfect place for myself, daughter and pups to relax during our trip! Josh was fast to respond to our 2 messages. Only one pertained to the property. Comfortable home. All comforts of home. Thank you Josh for hosting us! We will be back!

the trampoline had a hole in it so the kids couldnt use it. maybe more games in the game room for little kids other tham that it was great ty for letting use rent from you
