It's also very private on the top floor. It's right by an excellent gym and healthy restaurant.
Living area is equiped with couch,armchair,table and Tv set,opposing it is kitchen bar with one bar chair and rounded table with four chairs.
The kitchen has all amenities necessary for cooking.
