Great week at the beach!

Very nice property, lots of space. Very clean and well kept. It’s a very short walk to a new and well kept beach access. Excellent small neighborhood. Would certainly stay in this area again.

Great House and Beach Trip

Very nice home and great location with a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was very helpful and my grandkids loved riding in it. Very nicely appointed home. We would definitely rent it again.

Nice Stay!

The home was decorated as advertised and was very accessible to the beach with the golf cart. The staff was very responsive to any minor issues we had. Altogether a great stay and would recommend highly.

Family beach 2021

This was our first time staying in the Santa Rosa Beach area and it was great! The house was perfect! The golf cart was a bonus even tho the beach was so close. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks The Bakers The Woodlands, TX

Fantastic Location & home

This was a great, newer, clean home in an excellent area. The golf cart provided access to the beach in less than 3 minutes and the beach access was very nice with stairs as well as a ramp and a very nice bathroom/rinse-off station.

Family vacation

Overall the house was beautiful and our stay was quite enjoyable! There were a couple of issues with the freezer not working properly (which maintenance fixed in a couple of hours!) and the fire alarm went off any time we turned on the burners on the stove. We would definitely stay again. The construction going on in the community wasn’t bothersome at all. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful space for 6 person family

The moment we walked into Villa Galini we knew we would be enjoying our stay. The space is cozy with the right amount of furniture and spacious enough for six people. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with every utensil and pot you could possibly need, and good quality. I usually bring stainless steel pans to avoid the scratched Teflon typical of a rental property, but all pots and pans were sparkly stainless steel. Bathrooms were luxurious. Beds extremely comfortable (in fact, we don't sleep as well at our own homes). Location was perfect for quick walk or cart to the spectacular beach. We didn't use the pool but it was only around the corner from us. Neighborhood very quiet, even with party goers next door we couldn't hear anything once inside the house. Do wish it had more of a little yard with grass for the pups but the neighborhood was great for walking around with them. Highly recommend this place!!

Family trip

This house was great perfect for our family, 2 daughters, son in laws and 4 grandchildren. quiet for them the play in the front outside and house was a perfect size. Golf cart is a great addition to be able to run to the beach or up to the store. A short walk to feed the turtles which the kids loved. We will be back

Somewhat unhappy with property

We enjoyed the location however issues with the property included : The golf cart did not run well at all and was rusty which damaged clothing. There were plumbing issues - sinks stopped up in downstairs master bathroom and upstairs shared bathroom. Several roach bugs were spotted. Mattress in downstairs master bathroom needs to be replaced.

Great beach house

Had a lovely stay at this well appointed beach house. The house was well furnished and supplied with everything you need in the kitchen, plus awesome beach chairs, sand toys and paddle boards. The golf cart was a great perk for exploring the area though the beach was close enough to walk to. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet, even on a busy weekend.

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Dune Allen Beach property. It was walking distance from the beach and provided all that we needed while staying there. The information provided was easily assessable and the property management was prompt on responding with any questions we had. We definitely will be back!

Stay at 30A

We had a wonderful time on this trip!. The house was clean with plenty of room for our group of 8 and kitchen supplies for cooking in most nights. Golf cart access to shops, beach and nearby convenience store and a very short easy walk to beach access. Also Stinkys Fish Camp was a golf cart ride/short walk from the house and sooo good! Wonderful memories made on this trip :-))

Thanksgiving

My family and I stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and this home had everything we needed plus was in a convenient spot for holiday shopping. Great time!

Week vacation

Property was beautiful. Liked how hardly any traffic came through here. But stove was broke. So couldn’t bake. Smoke detectors would randomly go off. Then master bedroom one beeped all the time. Remotes didn’t have batteries. Lights never worked in bunk bed room.

4 Generations get together for Spring Break

My husband and myself took my Mother and our 2 Daughters and their families on Spring Break to Santa Rosa and we could not of had a better time. The home was everything we could have imagined and more. It had everything that we needed and plenty of room for all. Very close to the beach and pool which was a huge hit for the kids. We did have a small hiccup with the golf cart and that took time to get figured out. Also when we opened the dishwasher it was full of water on the bottom and with Sunday being Easter it was Monday before someone was out to fix it. Unfortunately it didn’t get fixed. Overall it is a wonderful home in a great location and we would love to stay again if we stay in that area again.

Awesome Time at Villa Galina

We had an amazing vacation down in 30A and a big reason is how much we enjoyed this house! Two master suites with plenty of room. Then all of the extras! A six seater golf cart that we used every day. Two paddle boards, beach chairs and we also used our credit for beach chairs and an umbrella. I've been going to 30A for over 20 years and this is the first time I stayed on the west end. There is a brand new access with showers, golf cart parking and the beach was not crowded! The house had everything you needed and it was very nicely decorated and everyone of us just had a great time. We will certainly come back! Highly recommend for large groups!

Villa Gallini

We stayed in Villa Gallini in July 2020. The house is in great shape and very clean and organized. We had plenty of space for everyone including private bathrooms. The layout is great for families with kids. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to drive to the beach and restaurants. The restaurants in the area had really good food. Our favorite was Shunk Gulley.

Perfect house for our vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Everything was clean, the decor was very modern, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and there was a cozy space for visiting with friends and family. The house was fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen which was so convenient. The towels and bedding were also very nice. They even had some travel size shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, ect. so we didn't have to buy much when we got there. They had a bunch of toys and even beach chairs to use which made our trips to the beach so nice. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch every morning and drinking coffee or relaxing in the afternoon. The beach is very close - just right down the street. The golf cart was perfect for driving to the beach access and to take down 30A to grab lunch or shop. The large neighborhood pool was also very nice and convenient with tons of lounge chairs and tables. We had a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely rent Villa Galini again.

OUTSTANDING!

From the moment we arrived, this beach house was AMAZING!! This beach house is so warm and inviting with such beautiful decorations that make you feel like you are instantly at a resort. Inside, every accommodation you could imagine is available from a fully stocked kitchen, golf cart, paddle boards, beach accessories, to the most comfortable nights sleep. This beach house was super spacious for our family of 8 at Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree awaiting us!! I will definitely stay at this property in the future - we had an OUTSTANDING time and made many memories!!
