Absolute prime location approx 50 meters to the waters edge of the Main Beach of Scotts Head. Views of the Point from the Top level Balcony! This is your ideal home to escape, relax and unwind. Drink you coffee and check the fantastic consistent point break, Bowling Club across the road serving delicious meals and ice cold beer. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk across the caravan park.
This brick upper split level two level 2 Bedroom home provides enough room for 6 people. Middle level provides a large lounge living area and large dining with new kitchen, and Upper level features laundry, bathroom, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with queen bed and single with trundle. Floors are polished concrete and timber throughout.

Sheets are supplied, Quilts with covers and pillow slips are supplied. Towels supplied Please note the house has 1 set stairs and another small set to top level. Baby gate is provided to block off the upper level. The elderly with bad knees may struggle. Pets are welcome

Wonderfully relaxing

After a long day at work this was a wonderful property to come home to. Close to the beach, clean and beautifully decorated, this house has it all. Highly recommend.

not really water views

House was spacious and clean. However, I feel it was rather over-priced. It does not really feel like a beach house. There is only a very narrow balcony and so limited outdoor space and no opportunity to eat outdoors, nor to eat with a view over the water. Most relevantly, the view is over the caravan park, rather than over the beach.

Beach family holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay in this home in Scott's Head. We already knew what the area had to offer but this house was very suitable for our extended family unit. Having a multi level accommodation ensured comfortable rooms and privacy also. The open plan living area meant that we could socialise whilst having our own areas to relax. The kitchen met all of our needs for a home cooked meal for many. Appreciated having two modernised bathrooms and utilised the large spa during our visit. Made use of the pool table. Very close to local food options and the main street and beach in easy walking distance. Louise made a effort to make us comfortable. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Great for work colleagues

The property was very central to where our event was being hosted. The property was a fantastic option for us as we needed several separate bedrooms and private rooms. Accommodated for 2 cars in garage and plenty of ,on street parking. Very convenient being straight across the road from the bowling club in which we went to 2 nights in a row. Really great meal with very reasonable prices. We will deffiantly be trying to book again next year.

A gem by the sea!

Absolute perfection! This property was exceptionally close to the beach and had amazing water views. It had all the comforts of home and was beautifully presented and clean. It has all the amenities you need. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and was very responsive. Would definitely book again!

We purchased Seaesta as our future forever home. We have made this home a relaxing space for guests and ourselves as we live close by and stay at the house whenever possible and depending on vacancy.

Why they chose this property

Step out onto you Balcony and check the Surf off the Point. Walk out your door and just a few metres and you are on Fosters Beach. You can then walk to anything, the bowling club with great food , local cafes, lovely coastal walks, surfboard hire and lessons, and Yoga at the surf club just a short stroll up the beach.

What makes this property unique

House sleeps 10 and is large enough for 2 families. Large kitchen and open plan living with WIFI and access to netflix through the TV with chromcast. Large beds 2 King,
2 Queens and 2 singles. You will love the location and this spacious relaxing home.
