The house in its entirety accommodates up to 10 people including children, max 8 adults.

In School holidays and other peak periods the entire house must be booked. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. Off Season this can be flexible agreed upon by the owner.

Boasting amazing beach and surf views, and positioned directly opposite Little Beach, the touch of sand between your toes is less than a minute away.
Ocean Blue Beach House," is situated in the sea side village of Scotts Head located on the mid north coast of NSW half way between Sydney and Brisbane. (Approximately 5 hours drive north of Sydney.)
The Beach House accommodates a maximum of 10 people including children, (max 8 adults) containing 5 bedrooms including 2 x queen size beds and 3 bathrooms. Generous living areas and spacious outdoor decking overlooking "Little Beach" provide genuine upfront ocean views with winter sunshine, summer breezes and speculator views of Little Beach.
The Beach House provides 3 TV's - 75"Smart TV, 55'Smart TV , Foxtel, Wi Fi , sound dock, fully equipped kitchen upstairs, complete with gas cooktop, oven. 2 microwave ovens, 1 1/2 dishwashers, washing machine, dryer, ceiling fan in main bedroom with ensuite, electric radiator, a lock up garage - for storage area for boards bikes etc & Laundry plus double lock up garage and undercover S/S Gas BBQ.

Scotts Head offers water loving visitors a variety of water sports ranging from Surfing and Paddle Boarding at Little Beach, Forster Beach and Wacky. Swimming at Forster Beach suitable for children and patrolled during October Long Weekend, Summer Holidays & Weekends; and snorkeling around the headland. For the fishermen there is beach, rock, deep-sea fishing and estuary fishing in nearby Warrell Creek.
Whale watching in the appropriate months when they are heading north for the winter, South for the summer - this usually corresponds to our Autumn and Spring School holidays
For the nature lovers Mount Yarrahappinni and Way Way State Forest only a short drive away provides a cool retreat on summer days. Lush rainforest walks and The Pines Picnic area for a BBQ is an alternative activity.
For the sports lovers there are 2 all weather Tennis Courts, Bowling Greens and kilometers of white sandy beaches for the walkers or keen joggers in Scotts Head. A 9 Hole Golf Course can be found in Macksville only 10 minutes drive away 30 minutes to Nambucca Island 18 hole course and 50 minutes to BIG PGA accredited course.
