Attractive 75 m² apartment in a two-family-house on two levels with tiles and parquet, underfloor heating, (no air condition), fireplace and piano. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. The master bedroom is equipped with a double-bed (180 x 200), closet and cabinets. A second bedroom with a double-bed (200 x200) is in the attic. The bathroom includes a shower, tub and toilet. Both bedrooms have parquet floor, all other rooms have tiles.
