On the doorstep of the scenic Innes National Park

This modern new 4 bedroom holiday home featuring a large front and rear timber deck is a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, general store and local tavern. With a large open plan living area and modern decor throughout and a fully equipped kitchen it’s the perfect place to spend a family weekend away or hang out with friends.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people (6 adults and 4 children).
Quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own quilt covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Much bigger than we were expecting, very close to lots of nice beaches/surf breaks, family friendly. Really liked that it had 3 queen beds but also has a nice bunk bed room if kids were staying too. The area was nice and quiet.

It is a very big and clean house for the 9 of us including 3 kids. It is near to the beach and driving to the National Park is very convenient.We enjoyed our stay here.

Real close to Innes

The house was very clean, spacious and well placed. My kid had fun with the foosball table and bunch of other cardboard games and toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. House is situated a few minutes drive to the local tavern and the jetty. Rob communicated well and answered all my questions. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent spot, roomy house

Great spot, only a few minutes walk to a fairly private beach, great views from the back of the house. Great communication with the host, Rob. House was more roomy than we thought it would be, great for our family of 3, plus friends with their children. More than enough room, Foosball was a great hit with everyone! The house had more things available, then initially thought, and was very welcome. All in all, great stay, and would love to go back and enjoy the area again! Highly recommended house!

Prefect spot for the long weekend

We are regular visitors of Innes National Park. Staying at Marion Bay was perfect solution for us. We travel as group of friends, so always look for larger house to share. This house offered everything we were looking for: the space, separate bedrooms for all couples, modern bathrooms and open common area with perfectly equipped kitchen. The house is 2min walk to the beach and has ocean views from the back deck. I would award the most points for cleanliness and easy maintenance. Although we do not have young kids anymore, I can imagine this place being very suitable for families with kids. it's definitely a keeper! Last mention to the host, who provided us with all useful information upfront and kept good communication. Happy customers will be back! Katarina

Heaven on Earth

Such a beautiful home with everything you need. All ages had something to do. Close to the beach. And a short drive to explore Innis National Park. We will definitely stay here again on vacation.
