The property looks bigger than shown. More suitable for a couple and 2 small children. 2nd bedroom was very tight difficult to move about. Ok for a short stay but not for nearly 2 weeks.

Hidden gem on Bingham

First impression was surprise! Such a delightful, modern, clean and quiet unit attached to an aged and rundown strata complex. Great location, close to shops and nearby to restaurants. Great for a couple or 2 friends but a little cramped for 4 adults.

The unit was excellent: well thought out & equipped. Location could not be better. Address was not quite clear: the whole complex is #6, and the unit is also #6. I don't think this was spelled out. And the Stayz communications do mot work well.

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY TASTEFULLY RENOVATED. THE CONFIGURATION OF TWO DOUBLE BED BEDROOMS IS RARE CATERING FOR OUR OUR EXACT NEEDS. CENTRALLY LOCATED TO SHOPPING & TOURIST ATTRACTIONS. ARE INTENDING TO USE AGAIN.
