Host was great to work with. The bldg was having trouble with their HVAC system the day I arrived and he let me know the situation and when it was expected to be fixed. I appreciate that he gave me regular updates and was clearly also working with the service people to make sure it was resolved as soon as possible. The situation was not one he was in control of but he took responsibility for pushing for a quick solution. And fortunately the weather was very mild.

I agree the accommodations are ideal for a couple or a couple with small children but are not intended for a larger party or more adults and did try and discourage you when you wanted to bring 5 people. Spring mini vacation

The condominium was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. We love Destin and have been there many times. The owner had a lot of helpful information about the area, including restaurants and things to do and see.

Wonderful Stay!

The Grand Sandestin is a beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views of the bay. Has a walking path that connects to Baytown Wharf with many restaurants and cute shops. The entire Sandestin area is beautiful. Condo was clean, updated, and everything we were looking for. Just a few minutes drive to beaches. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful view and grounds. Nice sized balcony. Short walk or drive to many restaurants and activities. Only concern was the stained carpeting in the bedroom.

I booked this property for my parents. They had no complaints. They loved everything about the property, especially the cleanliness. It was a great location and plenty to do within walking distance. In 2016 we bought our first property on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and now live there. We liked it so much, we bought the condo in 2019 as an investment property to allow others to enjoy this great resort.

It is in the heart of Sandestin, close to the Baytowne Wharf Village in a beautiful building. This unit has spectacular views of the bay and the pool as in the photos. It is decorated in high end coastal chic and has been updated with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and nickel finishes.
It is immaculately maintained.
