A mile north of Breckenridge, Highlands Drive Blvd. angles up the hill to Rounds Road, where the dynamic view of the Ten Mile Range is a backdrop to this custom home. The driveway slips down past a vaulted and angled timbered entry to a three-car garage and a landscaped area to each side of the 15-foot tall entry porch. The view of Peak 8 is revealed with stunning impact when entering the home. The great room expands with an open kitchen/ dining area and oversized waterfall island, while the high- end appliances and the modern cabinetry let you know
it’s 2023. Bordering the great room, the pantry, mud room and garage open to the left, with the spacious master suite on the right to create one-level living. The vaulted master bath has a curbless shower and his/her vanities to each side of the roomy walk-in closet.
The exterior deck wraps from the dining room to the master suite and includes a covered outdoor space, with
a linear firepit and views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge ski area. The open steel stringer stairway leads up to the bonus loft with Queen Sleeper, open on three sides to allow views of the great room. The lower level has a central family room with oversized TV and gaming area, and two bedrooms with ensuite three-quarter baths. The family master has a private bath and separate double bunk alcove for the kids. The lower level opens to hot tub access and a patio with firepit.
The exterior architecture incorporates both vertical and horizontal circle-sawn siding with heavy, rough-sawn glu- lam beams and angle braces to provide a traditional feel
with modern detailing. The home sits lightly on the land and responds to the natural beauty and dynamic views to create this gem of a home, the Rounds Retreat.

Best Cabin in Breck

I have been coming to Breckenridge the last 12 years and this has been the best Cabin we have ever stayed in. The Host was super nice and made sure are stay was one for the history books. This is a must stay don’t hesitate to book this cabin.

We loved our stay at this beautiful immaculate home. The Mountain Views from the deck and many of the rooms was magnificent. The house itself was comfortable and beautifully done with all the amenities you could need.

Amazing Mountain Get Away

It was one of the best houses we have found for a friends and family mountain get away. The house was clean, well stocked with the little things that make the stay easier, had great views and lots of wonderful space for dinners, kid space, adult hangouts and close to town. Would highly recommend.

The perfect home

My husband and I had the most amazing stay in this beautiful spacious home. Firstly, we were so pleasantly surprised to find the home fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed. It was impeccable from the cleanliness to the beautiful furnishings. It is situated 5 minutes from town so very convenient for our daily outings. The view from the outdoors is spectacular; we spent our mornings and late afternoons sitting outdoors taking in the gorgeous views. We were even able to see deer, moose, and bunnies all in the backyard. The owner was very attentive and explained everything we needed to know and was very patient and caring. This house might have ruined me for all future home rentals. Thank you for making our week long stay memorable.

Breckenridge Christmas

The accommodations for our group of ten (5 adults plus 5 grandchildren (ages 11 - 18)) were excellent. The kitchen layout was magnificent! Well stocked pantry with a large selection of spices plus staples of flour, baking powder, Keurig K-cups, etc. Glasses, plates, bowls, etc were plentiful and labeled. Beddings were great. The owner called on our first day and walked me thru the various features. We ha a fun week.

5-Star Stay

I don't rate much, and I'm a pretty seasoned traveler, but this stay was worth a shout out. Fantastic location less than five minutes from the Gondola. House was in immaculate condition, with top-notch decorating and every amenity you could ask for. The owner called with a run down of all the features, which is needed given all of the integrated controls for the house. Was perfect for our two families, 5 adults and 5 kids. Hope to get it again next year.

Amazing Breck home

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! My sisters and I took our families skiing over spring break last March and this house was perfect for all of us and our kids. The home is beautiful with amazing decor, stunning views, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for multiple families. The location can’t be beat, with a short 10 min drive to downtown and the slopes. Jay, the property owner was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. If you’re looking for a luxury home in Breckenridge, this is it! We will 100% stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality, Jay!

The best place we’ve stayed yet!

We have a friend group of 10 that goes skiing every year, and this was our favorite place yet!! The house was very clean, considerately stocked with everything you could need, perfect tucked away location that’s still close enough to lifts, and spacious enough for us all the be comfortable. Jay was extremely communicative and flexible with us arriving early. It was so nice to come home from a long day of skiing and us all be able to congregate around the massive kitchen island. Also, having the heated garage with boot and glove dryer was amazing!! It was truly the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we will all definitely want to stay again! The house is out of a magazine, and it made our trip perfect and we all didn’t want to leave ♥️

Stunning Vacation Home ❣️

All 9 of us didn’t want to leave. It was beautifully decorated, magically cozy, has such a functional design, the amenities were so thoughtful, the identification of an endless array of appliances, supplemental devices & services to make everything easy & quick was phenomenal, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We saw many a car under tons of snow but they allowed use of their garage whereas many owners don’t. For this southern family it made everything so much easier. Jay, the owner genuinely cared for us and our experience - what a blessing he and his home were for us ♥️

Magical

The Host, Jay, is one of the most helpful and incredible hosts out there. My family and I have stayed here twice now and I just got back home. Was here in December and was just here again, this past week and it was just magical! That's exactly the word that comes to my mind, when I think about this home. Your family and friends will feel at home and Jay does everything he can to make you feel welcome, at home and happy. This home has the most gorgeous views. It's just beyond comfortable and there's so much room and it's beyond amazing! Really words do not do the justice until you see it. I WILL definitely be back a third time. Thank you Jay!

Girls trip. House was incredible, spotless, beautifully decorated. The view was amazing. Loved how all the essentials were there and not wasted. Big birthdays splurge

Relaxing Retreat with a Modern Atmosphere

We picked this house because of the amazing architecture and modern flair. It was beautifully decorated, and was well stocked. The kitchen was above our expectations, as we love to cook. It was only my husband and our three girls and they each enjoyed relaxing in their own spaces. There were basically 3 living areas and more than enough sleep space for our family of 5. We didn't even use the bunk beds. This home could easily fit 2-3 small families. Hot tub was amazing as well, and the wildlife that came to eat the beautiful green grass at night was truly a site to see. If we go back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here. The owner stayed in contact for any questions we had. It was great!!!
